Abstract
상기 적층체의 상기 전하 발생층의 표면 상에 막 두께 300nm, 직경 10mm의 원 형상의 금 전극을 스퍼터법으로 형성하고, 상기 도전성 지지체와 금 전극간에 100mV 및 0.1Hz의 교류 전계를 인가하여 임피던스를 측정하였을 때, 상기 적층체가 하기 식 1을 만족하는 전자 사진 감광체이다.

Claims (10)
- 적층체, 및 상기 적층체 상에 형성된 정공 수송층을 포함하는 전자 사진 감광체이며,
상기 적층체는, 도전성 지지체, 상기 도전성 지지체에 형성된 전자 수송층, 및 상기 전자 수송층 상에 형성된 전하 발생층을 포함하고,
상기 전자 수송층이 중합성 관능기를 갖는 전자 수송 물질, 중합성 관능기를 갖는 열가소성 수지 및 가교제를 포함하는 조성물을 중합시켜 얻어지는 중합물을 함유하는 층이고,
상기 중합성 관능기가 히드록시기, 티올기, 아미노기, 카르복실기 또는 메톡시기이고,
상기 중합성 관능기를 갖는 전자 수송 물질의 함유량이, 상기 조성물의 전체 질량에 대하여 30질량% 이상 70질량% 이하이며,
상기 적층체가 하기 식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.

R_opt는, 상기 적층체의 임피던스를 나타내는 것으로, 상기 전하 발생층의 표면 상에 막 두께 300nm, 직경 10mm의 원 형상의 금 전극을 스퍼터법으로 형성하는 단계와, 강도가 30μJ/cm2ㆍs인 광을 상기 전하 발생층의 표면에 조사시키는 조건하에서, 상기 도전성 지지체와 상기 원 형상의 금 전극간에 전압 100mV 및 주파수 0.1Hz의 교류 전계를 인가하는 단계와, 상기 임피던스를 측정하는 단계에 의해 측정되는 상기 적층체의 임피던스를 나타내고,
R_dark는, 상기 적층체의 임피던스를 나타내는 것으로, 상기 전하 발생층의 표면 상에 막 두께 300nm, 직경 10mm의 원 형상의 금 전극을 스퍼터법으로 형성하는 단계와, 상기 전하 발생층의 표면에 광을 조사시키지 않는 조건하에서, 상기 도전성 지지체와 상기 원 형상의 금 전극간에 전압 100mV 및 주파수 0.1Hz의 교류 전계를 인가하는 단계와, 상기 임피던스를 측정하는 단계에 의해 측정되는 상기 적층체의 임피던스를 나타냄] - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층체는 하기 식 2를 만족하는, 전자 사진 감광체.
0 <R_opt/R_dark≤0.85 식 (2) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송층의 막 두께는 0.2㎛ 이상 0.7㎛ 이하인, 전자 사진 감광체.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층은 프탈로시아닌 안료 및 아조 안료를 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 전하 발생 물질을 함유하는, 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정공 수송층은, 트릴아릴아민 화합물, 벤지딘 화합물 및 스티릴 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 정공 수송 물질을 함유하는, 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체와,
대전 유닛, 현상 유닛, 전사 유닛 및 클리닝 유닛을 포함하여 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 유닛을 일체로 지지하고, 전자 사진 장치 본체에 착탈 가능한, 프로세스 카트리지. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체, 및 대전 유닛, 노광 유닛, 현상 유닛 및 전사 유닛을 포함하는, 전자 사진 장치.
