Claims (23)
- C자형 단면을 가지며 T자형인 내부 슬롯을 형성하는 핸드레일이며,
T자형 슬롯은 T자형 슬롯의 상부 부분의 바닥부를 형성하는 바닥 평면을 갖고,
핸드레일은
a) T자형 슬롯의 상부 부분 주위로 연장하여 반원형 순부 부분의 내부 벽을 형성하는 열가소성 재료의 제1 층으로서, T자형 슬롯의 바닥 평면은 순부 부분의 내부 벽 각각과 공통 평면에 있는 제1 층과,
b) 열 가소성 재료의 제1 층의 외측 주위에 연장하고 핸드레일의 외부 프로파일과 순부 부분의 대향하는 단부 벽들을 형성하는 열가소성 재료의 제2 층과,
c) T자형 슬롯에 안감을 대고 열가소성 재료의 제1 층에 접합되는 활주층과,
d) 제1 층 내의 중심 평면을 따라 배열된 복수의 종방향 케이블로 구성된 인장 억제용 케이블 어레이를 포함하며,
케이블 어레이의 외측 케이블은 순부 부분의 단부 벽에 대하여 내향으로 오프셋되고,
열가소성 재료의 제1 층은 열가소성 재료의 제2 층보다 경질의 열가소성 재료로부터 형성되고,
열가소성 재료의 제1 층은 순부 부분 주위에서 두께가 테이퍼링되고, T자형 슬롯의 바닥 평면까지 연장하지만 바닥 평면 아래로는 연장하지 않고, 순부 부분의 내부 벽을 따라 종단되는
핸드레일. - 제1항에 있어서,
복수의 케이블 각각은 0.5mm 내지 2mm의 직경을 갖는
핸드레일. - 제2항에 있어서,
케이블 어레이는 30mm 내지 35mm의 폭과 1.5mm 내지 2mm의 피치를 갖는
핸드레일. - 제1항에 있어서,
핸드레일은 T자형 슬롯 위에 상부 부분을 포함하며 상부 부분 내에서 열가소성 재료의 제1 층은 열가소성 재료의 제2 층보다 두꺼운
핸드레일. - 제4항에 있어서,
열가소성 재료의 제1 층은 상부 부분에서 핸드레일 두께의 적어도 60%를 포함하는
핸드레일. - 제5항에 있어서,
상부 부분은 10mm의 두께를 가지며 제1 층의 두께는 적어도 6mm인
핸드레일. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
활주층은 150MPa 내지 250MPa의 탄성 모듈러스를 갖는
