Claims (33)
- a) 고분자 베이스 층을 포함하는 기재(substrate); 및b) 기재 상에, 폴리락트산(PLA, polylactic acid) 폴리머를 포함하는 열밀봉 층(heatseal layer)을 포함하며,열밀봉 층이 접착 촉진제를 분산된 상태로 추가로 포함하거나, 기재가 고분자 베이스 층과 열밀봉 층 사이에, 인접하여 고분자 베이스 층의 표면 상에 접착 촉진제를 하나의 층으로 추가로 포함하며,접착 촉진제가 하나 이상의 글리콜, 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산, 및 하나 이상의 지방족 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 코폴리에스테르 수지 또는 에틸렌 코폴리머이며,고분자 베이스 층이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 포함하는 용기 밀봉용 다층 막(multilayer film).
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기재가 상기 접착 촉진제 층을 포함하며, 접착 촉진제 층이 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제가 코폴리에스테르이고, 열밀봉 층에 분산되어 있는 다층 막.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르의 양이 코폴리에스테르와 PLA 폴리머의 합쳐진 양의 10 내지 90 중량% 범위인 다층 막.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 열밀봉 층이 분산된 고분자 상 및 이와 상이한 조성의 연속 고분자 상을 포함하며, 접착 촉진제가 상기 상들 중 하나의 50 중량% 이상을 구성하고, PLA 폴리머가 상기 상들 중 다른 하나의 50 중량% 이상을 구성하는 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열밀봉 층의 두께가 0.5 내지 20 마이크론 범위인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열밀봉 층의 두께가 2.0 내지 10 마이크론 범위인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트가 이축배향(biaxially oriented)인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, PLA 폴리머가 PLA 호모폴리머(homopolymer) 또는 코폴리머(copolymer)인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, PLA 폴리머의 최대 50%가 결정형(crystalline)인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, PLA 폴리머가 무정형(amorphous)인 다층 막.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열밀봉 층 내에 또는 기재 맞은편 쪽의 열밀봉 층의 표면 상에 방담제(antifog agent)를 추가로 포함하는 다층 막.
- 개구(opening)를 갖는 용기를 포함하는 밀봉 컨테이너로서, 개구가 제 1항의 다층 막에 의해서 막의 열밀봉 층을 지닌 측면 상으로 밀봉되는 밀봉 컨테이너(sealed container).
- 제 14항에 있어서, 용기가 폴리락트산 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머로부터 형성되는 밀봉 컨테이너.
- a) 용매와 PLA 폴리머를 포함하는 코팅 액체를 고분자 베이스 층을 포함하는 기재에 도포하는 단계로서, 코팅 액체가 접착 촉진제를 추가로 포함하거나 기재가 코팅 액체를 수용하기 위해 고분자 베이스 층의 표면 상에 접착 촉진제를 하나의 층으로 추가로 포함하는 단계; 및b) 용매를 제거하여 PLA 폴리머를 포함하는 열밀봉 층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하여, 용기를 밀봉하는데 사용하기 위한 다층 막을 제조하는 방법으로서,접착 촉진제가 하나 이상의 글리콜, 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산, 및 하나 이상의 지방족 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 코폴리에스테르 수지 또는 에틸렌 코폴리머이며,고분자 베이스 층이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 층을 포함하는, 다층 막을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 기재가 고분자 베이스 층의 표면 상에 상기 접착 촉진제를 하나의 층으로 포함하며, 코팅 액체를 도포하는 단계가 코팅 액체를 접착 촉진제를 지닌 표면에 도포함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 접착 촉진제가 코폴리에스테르를 포함하는 방법.

- 제 16항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 층이 이축배향인 방법.
