Abstract
본 발명에 따른 강판 제조 방법은 (a) 탄소(C) : 0.05 ~ 0.10 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.2 ~ 0.3 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.5 중량%, 인(P) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.005 중량% 이하, 가용성 알루미늄(S-Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.06, 구리(Cu) : 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.04 ~ 0.06 중량%, 바나듐(V) : 0.01~0.07 중량%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005 ~ 0.02 중량%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.002 ~ 0.003 중량%, 질소(N) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.008 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab Reheating Temperature) : 1150 ~ 1200℃로 재가열하는 단계; (b) 상기 재가열된 판재를 재결정 영역에서 1차 압연하는 단계; (c) 상기 1차 압연된 판재를 FRT(Finishing Rolling Temperature) : 860 ~ 880℃ 조건으로 미재결정 영역에서 2차 압연하는 단계; (d) 상기 2차 압연된 판재의 표면 온도가 450 ~ 500℃가 되도록 1차 냉각하는 단계; (e) 상기 1차 냉각된 판재를 공냉하여, 두께방향 중심부 열에 의해 온도가 600 ~ 650℃가 되도록 하는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 공냉된 판재를 300℃ 미만까지 2차 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 탄소(C) : 0.05 ~ 0.10 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.2 ~ 0.3 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.5 중량%, 인(P) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.005 중량% 이하, 가용성 알루미늄(S-Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.06, 구리(Cu) : 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.04 ~ 0.06 중량%, 바나듐(V) : 0.01~0.07 중량%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005 ~ 0.02 중량%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.002 ~ 0.003 중량%, 질소(N) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.008 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab Reheating Temperature) : 1150 ~ 1200℃로 재가열하는 단계;
(b) 상기 재가열된 판재를 재결정 영역에서 1차 압연하는 단계;
(c) 상기 1차 압연된 판재를 FRT(Finishing Rolling Temperature) : 860 ~ 880℃ 조건으로 미재결정 영역에서 2차 압연하는 단계;
(d) 상기 2차 압연된 판재의 표면 온도가 450 ~ 500℃가 되도록 1차 냉각하는 단계;
(e) 상기 1차 냉각된 판재를 공냉하여, 두께방향 중심부 열에 의해 온도가 600 ~ 650℃가 되도록 하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 공냉된 판재를 300℃ 미만까지 2차 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브 판재에는
몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.15 중량% 이하가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서,
상기 1차 냉각은 10~15℃/sec 이하의 속도로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (f) 단계에서,
상기 2차 냉각은 20~25℃/sec의 속도로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 제조 방법.
- 탄소(C) : 0.05 ~ 0.10 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.2 ~ 0.3 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 1.1 ~ 1.5 중량%, 인(P) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.005 중량% 이하, 가용성 알루미늄(S-Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.06, 구리(Cu) : 0.05 ~ 0.2 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.04 ~ 0.06 중량%, 바나듐(V) : 0.01~0.07 중량%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1 ~ 0.2 중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.005 ~ 0.02 중량%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.002 ~ 0.003 중량%, 질소(N) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.008 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
최종 미세조직이 베이나이트, 페라이트 및 마르텐사이트를 포함하는 복합 조직을 갖고, 인장강도(TS) : 540MPa 이상, 및 항복비(YR) : 80% 이하로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 강판에는
몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.15 중량% 이하가 더 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
