Abstract
본 발명에 따른 고강도 강재 제조 방법은 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.15~0.19%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.25~0.35%, 망간(Mn) : 1.0~1.2%, 인(P) : 0.01% 이하, 황(S) : 0.001% 이하, 가용성 알루미늄(S-Al) : 0.01~0.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01~0.02%, 보론(B) : 0.0005% 이하, 니켈(Ni) : 0.15~0.25%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.08~0.12%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01% 이하, 바나듐(V) : 0.01% 이하, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.0015~0.004%, 질소(N) : 70ppm 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를 재가열하는 단계; 상기 재가열된 강재를 열간압연하는 단계; 상기 열간압연된 강재를 5℃/sec 이하의 속도로 냉각하는 단계; 및 상기 냉각된 강재를 840~940℃에서 노말라이징(normalizing)하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 고강도 강재를 이용한 정유 플랜트용 압력용기 제조 방법의 예를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.15~0.19%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.25~0.35%, 망간(Mn) : 1.0~1.2%, 인(P) : 0% 초과 내지 0.01% 이하, 황(S) : 0% 초과 내지 0.001% 이하, 가용성 알루미늄(S-Al) : 0.01~0.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01~0.02%, 보론(B) : 0% 초과 내지 0.0005% 이하, 니켈(Ni) : 0.15~0.25%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.08~0.12%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0% 초과 내지 0.01% 이하, 바나듐(V) : 0% 초과 내지 0.01% 이하, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.0015~0.004%, 질소(N) : 0중량ppm초과 내지 70중량ppm 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 강 슬라브를 재가열하는 단계;
상기 재가열된 강재를 열간압연하는 단계;
상기 열간압연된 강재를 5℃/sec 이하의 속도로 냉각하는 단계; 및
상기 냉각된 강재를 840~940℃에서 노말라이징(normalizing)하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강 슬라브는
1.5 ≤ [Ca] / [S] ≤ 2.5(상기 식에서 [Ca] 및 [S]는 Ca 및 S의 중량%)를 추가로 만족하는 범위 내에서 칼슘(Ca) 및 황(S)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브 재가열은
1000~1190℃로 재가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열간압연은 마무리 압연온도 850~940℃ 조건으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각은
공냉 방식으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노말라이징은
하기 식 1에 의해 정해지는 시간동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강재 제조 방법
