Abstract
본 발명에 따른 라인파이프용 강판 제조 방법은 중량%로, C : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Si : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Mn : 1.0 ~ 1.4%, P : 0.008% 이하, S : 0.0008% 이하, Al : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Ni : 0.2 ~ 0.5%, Cu : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Cr : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Nb : 0.07 ~ 0.10%, Ti : 0.025 ~ 0.05%, Ca : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, N : 0.004% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 1180℃ 이상의 온도로 재가열하는 단계; 상기 재가열된 판재를 오스테나이트 재결정영역에서 1차 압연하는 단계; 상기 1차 압연된 판재를 압연종료온도 750~850℃ 및 최종 두께 20mm 이상의 조건으로 2차 압연하는 단계; 및 상기 2차 압연된 판재를 480~570℃까지 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 중량%로, C : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Si : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Mn : 1.0 ~ 1.4%, P : 0.008% 이하, S : 0.0008% 이하, Al : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Ni : 0.2 ~ 0.5%, Cu : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Cr : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Nb : 0.07 ~ 0.10%, Ti : 0.025 ~ 0.05%, Ca : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, N : 0.004% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 1180℃ 이상의 온도로 재가열하는 단계;
상기 재가열된 판재를 오스테나이트 재결정영역에서 1차 압연하는 단계;
상기 1차 압연된 판재를 압연종료온도 750~850℃ 및 최종 두께 20mm 이상의 조건으로 2차 압연하는 단계; 및
상기 2차 압연된 판재를 480~570℃까지 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 압연은, 70% 이상의 압하율로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각은, 15~25℃/sec의 평균냉각속도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판 제조 방법.
- 중량%로, C : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Si : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Mn : 1.0 ~ 1.4%, P : 0.008% 이하, S : 0.0008% 이하, Al : 0.02 ~ 0.05%, Ni : 0.2 ~ 0.5%, Cu : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Cr : 0.2 ~ 0.3%, Nb : 0.07 ~ 0.10%, Ti : 0.025 ~ 0.05%, Ca : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, N : 0.004% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
면적률로 애시큘라 페라이트(accicular ferrite) 80% 이상을 포함하는 미세조직을 갖고, 항복강도 500MPa 이상을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 라인파이프용 강판의 미세조직은, 면적률로 폴리고날 페라이트, 펄라이트, 베이나이트 및 마르텐사이트 중 1종 이상이 면적률로 20% 이하로 포함되며, 펄라이트가 포함될 경우 상기 펄라이트는 면적률로 5% 이하로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 라인파이프용 강판은 Mn 편석 지수(두께 중심부의 Mn 최대값 / Mn 평균값)가 1.9 이하이고, HIC 테스트 후 CLR(Crack Length Ratio) 6% 이하를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인파이프용 강판.
