Abstract
본 발명에 따른 극후 강판 제조 방법은 (a) 탄소(C) : 0.06 ~ 0.08 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.15 ~ 0.25 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 1.40 ~ 1.60 중량%, 인(P) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.003 중량% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.15 중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.02 ~ 0.05 중량%, 구리(Cu) : 0.20 ~ 0.30 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.020 ~ 0.035 중량%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.60 ~ 0.85 중량% 및 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 재가열 온도 : 1100℃ 이하로 재가열하는 단계; (b) 상기 재가열된 슬라브 판재를 마무리압연온도(FRT) : 750 ~ 850℃ 조건으로 열간 압연하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 열간 압연된 판재를 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 탄소(C) : 0.06 ~ 0.08 중량%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.15 ~ 0.25 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 1.40 ~ 1.60 중량%, 인(P) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.02 중량% 이하, 황(S) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.003 중량% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.15 중량% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.02 ~ 0.05 중량%, 구리(Cu) : 0.20 ~ 0.30 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.020 ~ 0.035 중량%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.60 ~ 0.85 중량%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.05 ~ 0.15 중량%, 주석(Sn) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.015 중량% 이하, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.0005 ~ 0.0035 중량%, 보론(B) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.0005 중량% 이하, 수소(H) : 0 중량% 초과 ~ 0.0003 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 재가열 온도 : 1100℃ 이하로 재가열하는 단계;
(b) 상기 재가열된 슬라브 판재를 마무리압연온도(FRT) : 750 ~ 850℃ 조건으로 열간 압연하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 열간 압연된 판재를 냉각시작온도(SCT) : 750 ~ 800℃에서 개시하여, 3 ~ 50℃/sec의 속도로 냉각종료온도(FCT) : 400 ~ 450℃까지 냉각하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 (c) 단계 이후, 상기 판재는 침상형 페라이트 및 베이나이트를 포함하는 복합 조직을 가지며, 상기 침상형 페라이트는 단위 면적률로 70% 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 극후 강판 제조 방법.

상기 (b) 단계에서
상기 열간 압연은
1단 누적 압하율 : 50% 이상 및 2단 누적 압하율 : 35 ~ 40% 조건으로 압연을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극후 강판의 제조 방법.

상기 침상형 페라이트는 단위 면적률로 70% 이상을 갖고
인장강도(TS) : 600 ~ 700MPa, 항복강도(YP) : 500 ~ 600MPa, 연신율(EL) : 22% 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 극후 강판.

- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 극후강판은
-60℃에서의 충격인성 : 300J 이상 및 Ceq(탄소당량) : 0.44 이하를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 극후 강판.
