Abstract
본 발명에 따른 고강도 API 열연강판은 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.04~0.09%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1~0.3%, 망간(Mn) : 1.3~1.8%, 인(P) : 0.015% 이하, 황(S) : 0.003% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1~0.3%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.2~0.3%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01~0.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.05~0.1%, 바나듐(V) : 0.01~0.05%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.002 ~ 0.0045% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 RDT(Roughing Delivery Temperature) : 950℃ ~ 850℃로 조압연한 후, FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : 780℃ ~ Ar3 온도로 마무리 압연하는 열간압연 단계; 및 상기 열간압연된 판재를 CT(Coiling Temperature) : 620℃ ~ 550℃까지 냉각하여 권취하는 냉각/권취 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.04~0.09%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1~0.3%, 망간(Mn) : 1.3~1.8%, 인(P) : 0% 초과 내지 0.015% 이하, 황(S) : 0% 초과 내지 0.003% 이하, 크롬(Cr) : 0.1~0.3%, 니켈(Ni) : 0.2~0.3%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.01~0.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.05~0.1%, 바나듐(V) : 0.01~0.05%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.002 ~ 0.0045% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 RDT(Roughing Delivery Temperature) : 950℃ ~ 850℃로 조압연한 후, FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : 780℃ ~ Ar3 온도로 마무리 압연하는 열간압연 단계; 및
상기 열간압연된 판재를 CT(Coiling Temperature) : 620℃ ~ 550℃까지 냉각하여 권취하는 냉각/권취 단계;를 포함하되,

상기 열간압연 단계 이전에, 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab Reheating Temperature) : 1200 ~ 1250℃로 재가열하는 슬라브 재가열 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 API 열연강판 제조 방법.
