Claims (7)
- 오픈셀과 밀폐셀을 함유한 수지 발포 폼을 포함하는 층간 소음 방지용 차음재의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 차음재의 일면 또는 양면에 접촉 또는 비접촉 방식의 충격을 가하여 상기 밀폐셀을 물리적으로 터트리는 단계를 포함하고,상기 수지 발포 폼은 폴리우레탄 발포 폼, 폴리우레아 발포 폼, 폴리염화비닐 발포 폼, 폴리프로필렌 발포 폼, 폴리에틸렌 발포 폼, 폴리스티렌 발포 폼, 폴리비닐아세테이트 발포 폼, 멜라민 수지 발포 폼, 페놀 수지 발포 폼 및 상기 중 어느 하나의 유도체 수지의 발포 폼으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 일종 또는 이종 이상이 적층 또는 접합된 것이며,상기 밀페셀을 물리적으로 터트리는 단계는 1㎏/㎠ 내지 5㎏/㎠의 압력을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 롤 크러싱(crushing), 진공 크러싱 및 프레스 크러싱으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 단독 또는 2종 이상으로 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 소음 방지용 차음재의 제조방법.
