Claims (5)
- 상층부는 연속기포 또는 닫힌기포 구조를 갖고 밀도는 10~70kg/㎥, 셀 수는 10~20 개/cm, 발포율은 20~50 배를 갖는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 고분자 발포체 층으로 이루어지고, 하층부는 폴리우레탄계 고분자 발포체 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 고분자 발포체는,폴리에틸렌에 대하여 과산화물계의 사용으로 화학 가교 하여, 알루미늄 박막이나 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 단독 혹은 이중으로 열융착 하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 발포체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 고분자 발포체는,폴리프로필렌에 대하여는 감마선을 사용하여 조사 가교 하여, 알루미늄 박막이나 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 단독 혹은 이중으로 열융착 하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 발포체.
