Claims (5)
- 고분자 복합재에 있어서,상층부(3)는 폴리올레핀계 고분자 발포체 층으로 이루어지고,중간층(5)은, 부틸 고무(이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합체;IIR) 혹은 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체(EPDM)를 단독 혹은 블렌드한 원료고무 100 중량부;에 대하여, 카본 블랙 5~50중량부; 탈크 50~200중량부; 탄산칼슘 50~200 중량부; 및 클레이 30~250 중량부;를 단독 혹은 1종 이상 병용하여 첨가한 층으로 이루어지고,하층부(7)는 폐타이어 칩과 바인더와의 결합층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상층부(3)의 폴리올레핀계 발포체는,폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌에 과산화물(DCP: Dicumyl peroxide)을 사용하여 화학 가교 시키거나 또는 감마선을 조사하여 가교한 후 알루미늄 박막과 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 이중으로 열융착하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발포체는,연속기포(open cell) 또는 닫힌기포(closed cell)로 이루어지며 밀도는 10~70 kg/㎥, 발포율은 10~50 배, 기포 수는 10~20 개/cm 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폐타이어 칩은,0.5~4 cm 길이의 파이버 형태이고, 우레탄계 혹은 수성 아크릴계의 바인더로 혼합하며 상기 폐타이어 칩과 상기 바인더의 혼합비는 3:1 ~ 10:1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 복합재.
- 폐타이어 칩과 바인더와의 결합층으로 이루어진 하층부(7) 성형단계;부틸 고무(이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합체 ;IIR) 혹은 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원 공중합체 (EPDM)를 단독 혹은 블렌드한 원료고무 100 중량부;에 대하여, 카본 블랙 5~50 중량부; 탈크 50~200 중량부; 탄산칼슘 50~200 중량부; 및 클레이 30~250 중량부;를 단독 혹은 1종 이상 병용하여 첨가한 층으로 이루어진 중간층(5) 성형단계; 및폴리올레핀계 고분자 발포체 층으로 구성되는 상층부(3) 성형단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격음 저감용 고분자 복합재의 제조방법.
