Claims (8)
- 유기이소시아네이트, 발포제, 촉매, 폼안정제 및 폴리올브렌드를 소재로 제조된 것으로서, 상기 폴리올브렌드로는 폴리에스테르 폴리올에 폴리에테르 폴리올을 전체 폴리올브렌드에 대해 10 내지 40wt%로 혼합한 것을 사용하여 발포하는 방식으로 제작하여, 클로즈드셀화율이 80%이상인 경질 우레탄폼으로 구성된 층간 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,열전도율이 0.019 내지 0.030㎉/mh℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 차음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경질 우레탄폼 상면 또는 하면에 수지 발포폼을 적층하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 차음재.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 수지 발포폼은 폴리우레탄 발포폼, 폴리우레아 발포폼, 폴리염화비닐 발포폼, 폴리프로필렌 발포폼, 폴리에틸렌 발포폼, 폴리스티렌 발포폼, 폴리비닐아세테이트 발포폼, 멜라민 수지 발포폼, 페놀 수지 발포폼 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 차음재.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 수지 발포폼은 폴리에틸렌 발포폼인 것으로서,상기 경질 우레탄폼과 폴리에틸렌 발포폼의 두께비는 1:0.2~1인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 차음재.
- 제5항에 있어서,동탄성계수가 5 내지 40MN/㎥, 손실계수가 0.1 내지 0.3, 밀도가 20 내지 50인 것을 특징으로 하는 층간 차음재.
- 슬래브 상에 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 층간 차음재를 시공하는 단계를 포함하는 바닥 시공 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,시공된 층간 차음재 상부에 콘크리트층, 몰탈층을 순차 시공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 시공 방법.
