Claims (2)
- 철근을 포함하는 콘크리트 슬래브(1), 상기 콘크리트 슬래브(1)의 상부에 좌우로 일정간격으로 배치되는 다수의 방진재(11), 하부면에 상기 다수의 방진재(11)가 각각 끼워지는 삽입홈(10a)이 형성되어 있고 상기 삽입홈(10a)의 깊이는 하부면이 콘크리트 슬래브(1)와의 사이에 틈새(c)가 형성되도록 상기 방진재(11)의 높이보다 낮은 발포폴리스티렌 재질의 단열구조물(10), 그리고 상기 단열구조물(10)의 상부와 결합하는 마감몰탈(13)을 포함하는 공동주택의 바닥충격음 차음구조에 있어서,상기 콘크리트 슬래브(1)의 상부면과 상기 다수의 방진재(11)의 하부면 사이에, 밀도 31.72 Kg/㎥, 경도(I.L.D 25%) 25.34 Kg/314㎠, 인장강도 1.453 Kg/㎠. 신장율 121.42%, 인열강도 1.150 Kg/㎝, 탄성 35%의 물성치를 갖는, 10mm 두께의 판상 폴리우레탄 필터폼(16)을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공동주택의 바닥충격음 차음구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 필터폼(16)은 폴리에테르 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 64 wt%, 폴리에테르 코폴리머 폴리올 7 wt%, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 26.1 wt%, 제1활성제인 올게닉 스텐네스 옥토에이트 0.5 wt%, 제2활성제인 제3아민/글리콜 혼합물 0,4 wt% 과 N,N-디메틸 아미노 에탄올 0.8 wt%, 실리콘 계면활성제인 폴리알킬렌 옥시디메틸 실록산 코폴리머 0.2 wt%, 그리고 칼라 페이스트 1 wt%로 제 조된 것을 특징으로 공동주택의 바닥충격음 차음구조.
