Claims (6)
- 폐플라스틱, 폐고무, 폐타이어고무분말을 함유한 수지성분과, 첨가제로 난연제, 가교제, 발포제, 활제, 가소제, 안정제 중에서 하나 이상을 포함하는 난연성 발포체 조성물에 있어서,상기 수지성분은, 폐폴리에틸렌(W-PE) 10∼40 중량%와, 폐에틸렌비닐공중합체(W-EVA) 15∼20 중량%와, 폐고무(W-RUBBER) 5∼10 중량%, 폐타이어고무분말(GTR) 10∼15 중량%와, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 15∼20 중량%와, 니트릴고무(NBR) 10∼15 중량%와, 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체 5∼10 중량%로 구성되고,상기 수지성분 100중량부에 대한 난연제는, Al(OH)320∼250 중량부, Mg(OH)220∼120 중량부, 마그네슘 실리케이트 5∼20 중량부, 보론산아연 5∼50 중량부, 황산아연 10∼50 중량부, Sb2O310∼30 중량부, Sb2O510∼30 중량부, 3-(하이드록시페닐포스피닐)프로파노익애시드 5∼50 중량부, 트리스(클로로이소프로필)포스페이트(TCPP) 5∼50 중량부, 디페닐크레실포스페이트 5∼50 중량부, 적인 5∼10 중량부, 염소화 파라핀 30∼50 중량부, 황토 10∼30 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 이용한 난연성 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 첨가제는, 가교제 2∼25 중량부, 발포제 10∼40 중량부, 발포조제 1∼2 중량부, 내부이형제 1∼10 중량부, 외부이형제 2.5∼10 중량부, 안정제 1∼2.5 중량부, 가소제 5∼50 중량부, 열전달촉진제 1∼5 중량부 중 어느 하나 이상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 이용한 난연성 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 폐폴리에틸렌 수지는 융점이 100∼130℃이며, 상기 폐에틸렌비닐공중합체는 초산비닐 함유량이 10∼50%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폐자원을 이용한 난연성 발포체 조성물.
