실시예 1-4
3L 니더믹서에 <표 1> 내지 <표 3>의 배합비에 의해 난연제, 보조난연제, 활제, 산화방지제, 핵제, 고분자수지를 니더에 널고 15분간 160℃에서 혼련 시킨 다음 (실시예 9 내지 10: 15분간 220℃에서 혼련) 실리콘오일을 추가로 투여하여 3분 동안 160℃에서 (실시예 9 내지 10: 3분간 220℃에서 혼련) 용융혼련 하여 숙성시킨 덩어리 반죽 형태의 조성물을 만든 후에, 이축압출기를 이용하여 용융압출성형과정을 통해 2 내지 3 mm 정도 크기를 갖는 펠렛으로 제조하였다.
이렇게 제조된 펠렛 15 중량부와 폴리스틸렌 수지 85 중량부를 리본 믹서 (ribbon mixer)에 넣고 혼합한 다음 20 cm x 20 cm 시편으로 발포시켜 난연성 및 발포셀 균일도 및 난연제 분산성을 전자현미경으로 평가하여 그 결과를 <표 1> 내지 <표 3>에 나타내었다.
Claims (7)
- 니더믹서나 밴버리믹서인 혼합믹서에 데카브롬 디페닐 에탄이나, 트리스(트리브로모페닐)시아눌레이트, 트리스(2,4-디브로모페닐)포스페이트, 트리스(트리브로모-네오펜틸)포스페이트 중 어느 하나의 난연제 60~100중량부, 삼산화안티몬이나 오산화안티몬 중 어느 하나인 금속산화물 중 어느 하나의 금속산화물 보조난연제 1~25중량부, 금속 스테아레이트 형태의 활제 0.1~1.0중량부, 산화방지제 0.1~1.0중량부, 탈크(talc), 알루미나(Al2O3), 실리카(SiO2) 중 어느 하나의 핵제 0.1~1.5중량부, 폴리에틸렌이나 폴리(에틸렌-초산비닐)인 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부를 순차적으로 투입하여 100~180℃의 온도에서 10~30분 동안 혼합하는 혼련단계와;
상기 혼련단계가 끝난 후에 상기 혼합믹서에 실리콘오일 1~10중량부를 추가적으로 투입하여 100~180℃의 온도에서 1~10분 동안 용융혼합하여 컴파운드제조하는 숙성단계와;
상기 숙성단계에서 얻어진 컴파운드 조성물을 단축 또는 이축 압출기를 이용한 용융압출 성형과정을 통해 2~3mm 크기를 갖는 고분자펠렛으로 만드는 펠렛화단계와;
상기 펠렛화단계에서 얻어진 고분자펠렛을 60~80℃의 오븐에서 건조하여 입자크기 선별과정을 거쳐 최종 포장하는 제품화단계를 거쳐서 셀 균일도와 난연성이 향상된 발포폴리스틸렌의 난연 마스터배치를 제조함에 있어서,
상기 실리콘오일은, 프로필트리메톡시실란이나, 옥타메틸시클로테트라실란 중 어느 하나로 함을 특징으로 하는 셀 균일도와 난연성이 향상된 발포폴리스틸렌의 난연 마스터배치 제조방법. - 폴리올레핀 수지 100중량부, 난연제 60~100중량부, 보조난연제 1~25중량부, 활제 0.1~1.0중량부, 산화방지제 0.1~1.0중량부, 핵제 0.1~1.5중량부, 실리콘오일 1~10중량부로 구성되는 셀 균일도 및 난연성이 향상된 발포폴리스틸렌의 난연 마스터배치에 있어서, 상기 실리콘오일을 프로필트리메톡시실란이나, 옥타메틸시클로테트라실란 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀 균일도 및 난연성이 향상된 발포폴리스틸렌의 난연 마스터배치.
