도 2는 SyGT 유전자의 아미노산 서열이다.
도 3은 여러 남세균 간의 SyGT 유전자의 아미노산 서열의 유연관계 (A) 및 상동관계 (B)를 보여준다.
도 4는 본 발명에 사용된 형질전환 벡터이다.
도 5는 SyGT 형질전환 담배의 선발을 위한 PCR (A) 및 서던 분석 (B) 결과를 나타내는 그림이다.
도 6은 SyGT 형질전환 애기장대의 유전자 발현 정도의 실시간 PCR(Real-time PCR) (A) 및 내염성 (B: NaCl 처리 후의 엽록소 함량) 결과를 나타내는 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 남세균(Synechocystis) PCC 6906 유래의 SyGT (Synechocystis glucosyl transferase) 단백질.
- 제1항의 SyGT 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제2항의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제4항의 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포.
- 제4항에 따른 벡터로 식물 세포를 형질전환시켜 SyGT 유전자를 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는 식물체의 내염성을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된 내염성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 쌍자엽식물 또는 단자엽식물인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 식물체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 담배, 애기장대, 개구리밥 또는 포플러인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환 식물체.
- 제7항에 따른 식물체의 종자.
- 제4항에 따른 벡터로 형질전환되어 SyGT 유전자가 과발현되어 내염성이 증가된 형질전환 식물체.
- 제2항의 유전자를 포함하는, 식물체의 내염성 증가용 조성물.
- 서열번호 3 및 서열번호 4의 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어진, SyGT (Synechocystis glucosyl transferase) 유전자 증폭용 프라이머 세트.
