- 삭제
- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 과발현시켜 감자 또는 담배의 동해 및 가뭄 저항성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드를 과발현시키는 방법은 프로모터에 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자를 연결한 재조합 발현 벡터를 제조하여 감자 또는 담배에 형질전환하거나, 또는 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자를 감자 또는 담배세포에 도입하는 방법에 의하는 것에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기 서열을 갖는 것에 특징이 있는 방법.
