도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예 3에 따른 벼 형질전환체의 검정 실험으로 Genomic PCR 이용한 과발현 검정 전기영동 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 벼 형질전환체의 검정 실험으로 RT-PCR을 이용한 과 발현 검정 전기영동 결과이다.
도 4는 염 처리 또는 한발 처리가 형질되기 전의 품종인 동진 벼(흰색 포트의 가운데)와 형질전환체(흰색 포트의 왼쪽 및 오른쪽)의 생육에 미치는 영향을 평가한 결과이다. 도 4에서 도 4a는 무처리 대조구이며, 도 4b는 한발 처리구의 사진과 한발 처리시 생존 잎 수를 정량화와 수분 상실율의 대표적인 그래프이며, 도 4c는 염 처리구의 사진과 염 처리시 식물체 당 죽은 잎의 비율이다.
도 5는 고 삼투압 스트레스 처리가 본 발명의 형질전환체에 미치는 영향을 평가한 결과이다.
Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 과발현시켜 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체의 내염성 또는 내한발성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드를 과발현시키는 방법은 프로모터에 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자를 연결한 재조합 발현 벡터를 제조하여 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체에 형질전환하는 방법에 의하는 것에 특징이 있는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자는 서열번호 1로 표시되는 염기 서열을 갖는 것에 특징이 있는 방법.

- 프로모터에 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 유전자를 연결한 재조합 발현 벡터를 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체에 형질전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내염성 또는 내한발성 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체 제조방법.
- 프로모터에 서열번호 2로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드을 암호화하는 유전자를 연결한 재조합 발현 벡터.
- 제 9항의 재조합 발현 벡터로 형질전환하여 내염성 또는 내한발성이 향상된 형질전환된 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체.
- 제 10항의 형질전환된 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체에서 수득한 벼, 밀, 보리, 및 옥수수로 이뤄진 1군의 식물체 중에서 선택된 1이상의 식물체 종자(seed).
