Abstract
본 발명에서는, 조성식 LixNiaMnbCocM1 dM2 eO2(단, M1은 Al, Ti 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이고, M2는 Mo, W 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이고, 0.2≤x≤1.2, 0.6≤a≤0.8, 0.05≤b≤0.3, 0.05≤c≤0.3, 0.02≤d≤0.04, 0.02≤e≤0.06, a+b+c+d+e=1.0임)로 표시되는 정극 활성 물질을 사용한다.

Claims (7)
- 조성식 LixNiaMnbCocM1 dM2 eO2(단, M1은 Al, Ti 및 Mg로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이고, M2는 Mo, W 및 Nb로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 원소이고, 0.2≤x≤1.2, 0.6≤a≤0.8, 0.05≤b≤0.3, 0.05≤c≤0.3, 0.02≤d≤0.04, 0.02≤e≤0.06, a+b+c+d+e=1.0임)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성식의 a의 범위가 0.7≤a≤0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성식의 e의 범위가 0.04≤e≤0.06인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극 활성 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 정극 활성 물질을 포함하는 입자로 구성되며, 상기 입자에 포함되는 M2의 농도는 상기 입자의 내부에 비해 상기 입자의 표면부가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 입자에 포함되는 M2의 농도는 1.09≤(표면부의 M2 함유량)/(내부의 M2 함유량)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 입자에 포함되는 M2의 농도는 (표면부의 M2 함유량)/(내부의 M2 함유량)≤1.42를 추가로 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료.
- 리튬을 흡장 방출 가능한 정극과 리튬을 흡장 방출 가능한 부극이 비수전해질 및 세퍼레이터를 통해 배치되는 리튬 이온 이차 전지에서, 상기 정극은 제4항에 기재된 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 정극 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
