Claims (7)
- 복수의 발광 소자를 펄스폭변조 정전류 구동회로에 의해 정전류 구동하는 정전류 구동장치에 있어서,직렬 접속된 상기 복수의 발광 소자 각각에 병렬로 접속된 복수의 사이리스터(thyristor)와 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 설정회로를 포함하는 바이패스회로와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와 병렬로 접속된 저항으로 이루어져 있으며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광 소자가 정상적으로 동작하고, 상기 사이리스터가 오프 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광 소자가 오픈 상태에 있고, 상기 사이리스터가 온 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 다른 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 저항은, 트랜지스터를 통하여 상기 펄스폭변조 정전류 구동회로와 결합되며, 상기 트랜지스터가 오프 상태일 때에 상기 저항을 통하여 사이리스터-턴온 상태를 유지하기 위한 전류가 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전류 구동장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 직렬 접속된 복수의 소자는, 발광다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 정전류 구동장치.
- 표시패널을 배면측에서 조명하는 백라이트 광원장치에 있어서,직렬 접속된 복수의 발광다이오드와,상기 직렬 접속된 복수의 발광다이오드의 각각에 병렬로 접속된 복수의 사이리스터와,상기 사이리스터와 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 설정회로를 포함하는 바이패스회로와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와 병렬로 접속된 저항으로 이루어져 있으며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광 소자가 정상적으로 동작하고, 상기 사이리스터가 오프 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광 소자가 오픈 상태에 있고, 상기 사이리스터가 온 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 다른 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 저항은, 트랜지스터를 통하여 상기 펄스폭변조 정전류 구동회로와 결합되며, 상기 트랜지스터가 오프 상태일 때에 상기 저항을 통하여 사이리스터-턴온 상태를 유지하기 위한 전류가 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 광원장치.

- 컬러액정 표시장치에 있어서,광 투과 컬러액정 표시패널을 배면측에서 조명하기 위한 컬러필터와 백라이트 광원장치를 포함하는 상기 광 투과 컬러액정 표시패널과,직렬 접속된 복수의 발광다이오드와,직렬 접속된 상기 복수의 발광다이오드 각각에 병렬로 접속된 복수의 사이리스터(thyristor)와 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 설정회로를 포함하는 바이패스회로와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와,펄스폭변조를 위한 스위칭 소자와 병렬로 접속된 저항으로 이루어져 있으며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광다이오드가 정상적으로 동작하고, 상기 사이리스터가 오프 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 게이트 전위 설정회로는, 상기 발광다이오드가 오픈 상태에 있고, 상기 사이리스터가 온 상태에 있을 때, 상기 사이리스터의 다른 게이트 전위 값을 제공하며,상기 저항은, 트랜지스터를 통하여 상기 펄스폭변조 정전류 구동회로와 결합되며, 상기 트랜지스터가 오프 상태일 때에 상기 저항을 통하여 사이리스터-턴온 상태를 유지하기 위한 전류가 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정 표시장치.
