- 공기교락노즐에 아라미드 섬유를 포함하는 사(yarn)를 공급하는 단계;상기 공기교락노즐을 이용하여 10~20㎏f/㎠ 의 공기압력 하에서 상기 사를 공기교락하는 단계; 및상기 공기교락사를 권취하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 사를 공급하는 단계는 심사를 공급하는 단계 또는 심사 및 초사를 각각 공급하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 공기교락노즐에 상기 심사를 공급하기 전에, 상기 심사에 물을 부여하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 공기교락사를 열처리하는 단계를 더 포함하되, 상기 열처리하는 단계는 상기 공기교락사가 과공급(overfeeding)되지 않는 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 물은 20~80℃의 온도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 물은, 100ppm 이하의 마그네슘 이온 및 칼슘 이온을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 심사를 공기교락노즐에 공급하여 공기교락하는 단계는, 심사의 과공급율(%)이 8~50%인 상태에서 수행되고, 상기 심사 및 초사를 각각 공기교락노즐에 공급하여 공기교락하는 단계는, 심사의 과공급율(%)이 5~20%이고 상기 심사의 과공급율(%) 대비 초사의 과공급율(%)의 비가 1.1~8.0인 상태에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 공기교락노즐에 아라미드 섬유를 포함하는 사를 공급하는 단계는 상기 아라미드 섬유에 열을 부여하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아라미드 공기교락사의 제조방법.
