Claims (19)
- 이형지, 이형지상의 코팅층, 폴리우레탄층, 및 표면코팅층이 순차적으로 적층되고, 상기 이형지상의 코팅층은 이형지의 일면에 우레탄 수지, 우레탄 아크릴 수지, 아크릴 수지, 및 아크릴 실리콘 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지 결합제 95 내지 99.9중량 %; 및 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 활석, 및 실리카로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 분말 첨가제 0.1 내지 5 중량 %를 포함하는 조성물을 형성하여 코팅된 것이고,상기 이형지상의 코팅층의 두께는 0.5 내지 2㎛ 이고,상기 폴리우레탄층과 이형지의 박리력은 30 내지 150 gr/inch 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 이형지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 (PET), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 (PEN) 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 에틸렌-초산 비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리염화비닐로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층의 점착력은 10 내지 100 gr/inch인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 메틸렌디페닐이소시아네이트(MDI), 톨루엔디이소시아네이트(TDI), 메틸렌디페닐이소시아네이트(MDI) 올리고머, 톨루엔디이소시아네이트(TDI) 올리고머, 및 카보디이미드 변성 메틸렌디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는1종 이상의 디이소시아네이트와 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜, 및 폴리에칠렌글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 폴리올 혼합물을 반응시켜 제조된 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 비중이 0.1 내지 0.5 g/cm3 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 25% 압축강도가 0.05 내지 0.3 kgf/cm2 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 인장강도가 2 내지 10 kgf/cm2 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 신장률이 100 내지 300% 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 영구 압축 줄음률이 1% 내지 10% 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄층은 두께가 0.1 내지 2.0 ㎜ 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면코팅층은 실리콘아크릴레이트, 실리콘메타크릴레이트, 아크릴릭산, 메타크릴릭산, 메칠메타크릴레이트, 및 메칠메타크릴릭산을 포함하는 아크릴계 모노머 또는 올리고머로부터 제조되는 아크릴계 고분자; 우레탄-아크릴레이트 공중합체 또는 블랜드; 또는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 및 테프론을 포함하는 비닐계 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면코팅층은 두께가 0.5 내지 10 ㎛ 인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면코팅층 위에 점착층을 추가로 포함하는 충격흡수 및 실리용 시트.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 두께가 5 내지 150 ㎛ 인 양면 점착 테이프가 합지된 형태인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 비닐아세테이트, 메틸메타크릴산, 에틸아세토아크릴레이트 및 술폰화된 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상으로 제조되고, 두께가 5 내지 150㎛인 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트.
- 이형지를 준비하는 단계;상기 이형지의 일면에 우레탄 수지, 우레탄 아크릴 수지, 아크릴 수지, 및 아크릴 실리콘 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지 결합제 95 내지 99.9중량 %; 및 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 활석, 및 실리카로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 분말 첨가제 0.1 내지 5 중량 %를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 적용하여 이형지상의 코팅층을 0.5 내지 2㎛의 두께로 형성하는 단계;상기 이형지상의 코팅층 위에 충격흡수용 폴리우레탄을 발포하여 폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 폴리우레탄층 위에 표면코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항, 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 표면코팅층 형성 단계 이후에, 형성된 표면코팅층 위에 양면 점착 테이프를 합지하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 충격흡수 및 실링용 시트의 제조 방법.
