Abstract
종래 연료탱크 완충패드는 고무패드로 구성된다. 고무패드는 고무재질 특성상 무게가 많이 나가서 연비에 악영향을 미치며, 외부압력에 대한 복원력이 낮고 기온변화에 따라서 경화될 수 있어서, 곡면부에 부착된 고무패드의 경우 연료탱크에 완전하게 접착시키기 어렵고, 특히 고무발포제에 함유된 황 등의 첨가로 인하여 유기독성물질인 벤젠, 톨루엔과 같은 유해물질이 발생함으로써, 친환경적이지 못하다.
본 발명에서는 폴리우레탄 발포제를 사용하여 연료탱크 완충패드를 제작하고자 한 것으로, 경량의 폴리우레탄을 발포하여 완충패드를 제작함으로써, 연비를 개선하고, 우레탄 발포제 폼으로 패드를 제작하여 제작과정을 단순화시켜 작업성을 개선함은 물론, 수지로 제작된 연료탱크에 효과적으로 접착하고 유지될 수 있도록 한 연료탱크 완충패드 제조방법과 그 제조방법에 의해 제작된 연료탱크 완충패드를 제공하고자 한다.

Claims (8)
- 금형 내로 폴리우레탄을 발포하여 상하부로 경화층(11)(12)을 형성하는 완충패드베이스(10)를 제작하는 베이스제작단계, 상기 경화층(12)으로 우레탄폼접착테이프를 접착하여 접착부(20)를 형성하는 접착부형성단계, 접착부(20)에 이형지(30)를 부착하여 연료탱크의 완충패드 제작을 완료하는 이형지부착단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스제작단계는 상기 경화층(11)이 격자형태의 엠보싱 형상으로 제작되도록 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착부형성단계에 있어서, 상기 경화층(12)으로 양면테이프(21)를 접착하여 접착부(20)를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스제작단계는 베이스에 연료탱크 면에 구성되는 돌기부(41)에 끼워 고정되는 돌기결합부(13)를 상기 접착부(20)가 형성될 면에 형성되도록 하는 완충패드베이스(10)가 제작되도록 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 상하부로는 금형 내에 폴리우레탄을 발포하여 제작 시 일체로 형성된 경화층(11)(12)이 형성되고 하부 경화층(12)으로는 연료탱크에 접착될 접착부(20)가 구성되고, 접착부(20)의 상부로 이형지(30)가 구성되며,
상기 경화층(11)은 차체와 접촉되는 부분으로 격자형태의 엠보싱으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드. - 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 접착부(20)는 접착제를 포함하는 폴리우레탄을 발포하여 베이스와 베이스의 앞뒤면으로 접착제가 도포된 우레탄폼테이프로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 연료탱크(40)에 구성되는 돌기부(41)에 끼워 고정할 수 있도록 베이스의 접착부(20)가 형성될 면에 돌기결합부(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 완충패드.
