Claims (19)
- 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체 필름 위에 인쇄층이 형성된 전사용 시트를, 인쇄층을 위로 하여 수용액의 액면 위에 부유시킨 다음, 성형체를 액면으로 향하여 가압함으로써 인쇄층을 성형체에 전사하는 수압 전사방법에 있어서, 수용액의 표면 장력이 45mN/m 이하이고, 전사할 때의 전사용 시트의 신장율이 1.30배 이하임을 특징으로 하는 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액의 표면 장력이 15mN/m 이상인 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전사할 때의 전사용 시트의 신장율이 1.20배 이하인 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용액이 0.001 내지 3중량%의 계면활성제를 함유하는 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용액의 고형분 농도가 0.001 내지 5중량%인 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전사용 시트를 액면 위에 부유시키기 전에, 잉크 활성화 용매를 도포하는 수압 전사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전사용 시트를 액면 위에 부유시킨 다음 성형체를 액면으로 향하여 가압할 때까지의 시간이 40 내지 240초인 수압 전사방법.
- 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체 100중량부 및 계면활성제 0.05 내지 5중량부로 이루어진 수압 전사용 베이스 필름에 있어서, 계면활성제를 0.01중량% 함유하는 20℃ 수용액의 표면 장력이 40mN/m 이하이고, 베이스 필름을 0.05중량% 용해시킨 30℃ 수용액의 액면 위에 베이스 필름을 부유시켰을 때의 신장율이 1.6배 이하임을 특징으로 하는 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가소제를 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 10중량부 함유하는 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 전분을 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 15중량부 함유하는 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 붕산 또는 이의 유도체를 폴리비닐 알콜계 중합체 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 5중량부 함유하는 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 함수율이 1.5 내지 4중량%인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 복굴절 위상차가 40nm 이하인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 두께가 20 내지 50㎛인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 필름의 길이 방향으로 50℃에서 8.0kg/m의 장력을 1분 동안 가했을 때의 폭 수축률이 0.01 내지 1.5%인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 베이스 필름을 0.05중량% 용해시킨 30℃ 수용액의 액면 위에 베이스 필름을 부유시킨 다음 필름이 수축될 때까지의 시간(T1)이 5 내지 20초인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 베이스 필름이 30℃의 수중에서 완전히 용해되는 데 필요한 시간(T2)이 15 내지 40초인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 베이스 필름을 0.05중량% 용해시킨 30℃ 수용액의 액면 위에 베이스 필름을 부유시킨 다음 필름이 수축될 때까지의 시간(T1)과 베이스 필름이 30℃의 수중에서 완전히 용해되는 데 필요한 시간(T2)의 비(T1/T2)가 0.3 내지 0.8인 수압 전사용 베이스 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 따르는 수압 전사용 베이스 필름 위에 인쇄층이 형성되어 이루어진 전사용 시트.
