Claims (3)
- 고정측 금형과 가동측 금형 사이에 코어가 형성되어 사출물에 관통공이 형성되는 플라스틱 사출성형금형에 있어서,관통공(13)이 형성되는 위치의 고정측 금형(2)과 가동측 금형(3)에는 승·하강수단이 구비된 상·하코어핀(8, 9)이 각각 구비되고, 상·하코어핀(8, 9)사이에는 캐비티(1)에 주입되는 수지가 유동할 수 있는 간격이 형성되어 관통홈(10)의 바닥면(11)을 형성할 수 있게 구성되어 캐비티(1)에 주입된 수지가 응고된 후, 하코어핀(9)의 상승으로 관통홈(10)의 바닥면이 커팅되어 관통공(13)을 형성할 수 있게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 프로세스가 구비된 사출성형금형.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상·하코어핀(8, 9)의 승·하강 수단은 유압실린더(6, 6')인 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 프로세스가 구비된 사출성형금형.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상·하코어핀(8, 9)의 승·하강 수단은 사출성형기의 제어수단과 연동되어 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 웰드레스 프로세스가 구비된 사출성형금형.
