Claims (6)
- 상호 결합되어 성형품에 대응되는 형상의 캐비티를 형성하는 고정측 형판 및 가동측 형판;상기 고정측 형판의 내부에서 진퇴 가능하게 설치되어 상기 캐비티로 용용된 수지를 공급하는 스프루 부쉬;상기 가동측 형판의 내부에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 상기 캐비티와 상기 스프루 부쉬의 사이에 형성되는 게이트에 채워진 수지를 절단하는 게이트 절단부재;및상기 게이트 절단부재를 탄성 지지하여 상기 스프루 부쉬의 진퇴에 따라 상기 게이트 절단부재를 이동시키는 탄성부재를 포함하고,상기 스프루 부쉬가 전진하여 상기 탄성부재에 탄성에너지를 축적하고 상기 스프루 부쉬가 후퇴할 때 상기 게이트 절단부재가 상기 탄성부재에 의하여 이동하여 상기 게이트를 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 게이트 절단부재에는 상기 스프루 부쉬 측으로 돌출되는 돌기부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 상기 고정측 형판과 상기 가동측 형판의 형폐 시 상기 게이트를 관통하여 상기 스프루 부쉬에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 게이트 절단부재에는 상기 고정측 형판과 상기 가동측 형판의 형개 시 상기 스프루와 상기 게이트에 채워진 수지가 고화되서 형성된 스크랩을 취출하는 밀핀이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 돌기부는 상기 밀핀에 의해 상기 스크랩이 취출될 때 상기 스크랩을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가동측 형판에는 상기 게이트 절단부재와 상기 탄성부재를 수용하는 수용홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치.
