Claims (11)
- 폴리아미드 수지, 입자상 무기물, α,β-불포화카르본산, α,β-불포화무수물 또는 이들의 유도체가 그라프팅된 공액 디엔계 중합체 및 방향족 비닐 화합물, 비닐시안 화합물 및 아크릴산알킬에스테르 화합물의 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 리드필러 도어용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물에 있어서,평균 지름이 8 ∼ 11 ㎛이고 그 길이가 4 ∼ 8 mm이며, 312 계 스테인레스 스틸 섬유인 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 스틸 섬유가 전체 조성물의 0.5 ∼ 5 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 무기물은 입자 크기가 0.1 ∼ 2 ㎛이며, 길이와 두께의 비가 1 ∼ 5인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 무기물은 탈크(Talc), 마이카(Mica), 클레이(Clay), 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 및 올라스토나이트(Wollastonite) 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 α,β-불포화카르본산, α,β-불포화무수물 또는 이들의 유도체가 그라프팅된 공액 디엔계 중합체는 부타디엔을 포함하는 공액 디엔계 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공액 디엔계 중합체는 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 랜덤 또는 블록 공중합체, 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스틸렌 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 공중합체 및 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 α,β-불포화카르본산 또는 α,β-불포화무수물 및 이들의 유도체는 무수말레인산, 무수이타콘산, 무수시트라콘산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 알릴숙신산, 2-디카르본산, 말레인산, 푸말산, 말레인산디메틸, 이타콘산무수물, 시트라콘산무수물 및 알릴숙신산무수물 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐 화합물, 비닐시안 화합물 및 아크릴산알킬에스테르 화합물의 그라프트 공중합체는 방향족 비닐 화합물 30 ∼ 60 중량%, 비닐시안 화합물 30 ∼ 60 중량% 및 아크릴산알킬에스테르 화합물 5 ∼ 15 중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 스틸 섬유의 함량이 전체 조성물의 0.7 ∼ 3 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 조성물로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 리드필러 도어.
- 폴리아미드 수지, 입자상 무기물, α,β-불포화카르본산, α,β-불포화무수물 또는 이들의 유도체가 그라프팅된 공액 디엔계 중합체 및 방향족 비닐 화합물, 비닐시안 화합물 및 아크릴산알킬에스테르 화합물의 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 리드필러 도어용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물에 있어서,평균 지름이 8 ∼ 11 ㎛이고 그 길이가 4 ∼ 8 mm인 오스테나이트계 스테인레스 스틸 섬유가 전체 조성물의 0.5 ∼ 5 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 리드필러 도어용 전도성 폴리아미드 수지 조성물로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 리드필러 도어.
