Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리아미드 고분자(폴리아미드 6) 단독 또는 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리아미드 고분자가 얼로이된 고분자(폴리아미드 66) 50 내지 75 중량%; 유리섬유 15 내지 35 중량%; 아미노실란으로 표면처리된 클레이(clay) 5 내지 25 중량%; 및 벤조설폰아미드계 가소제 0.1 내지 3 중량%를 포함하되, 상기 유리섬유와 클레이의 합량이 전체 조성물 중 30 내지 45 중량%를 포함하며,ASTM D790에 의해 평가시 굴곡탄성율 62,000kg/cm2 이상이고, ASTM D256에 의해 평가시 충격강도 5.5 kgcm/cm 이상이고, 흐름방향 및 직각방향 수축율의 백분비율로 110% 이하를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 발포 사출 성형용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 n은 200 내지 15,000의 정수이고,[화학식 2]상기 화학식 2에서 n은 200 내지 15,000의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리아미드 고분자의 함량은 화학식 2의 폴리아미드 고분자에 대해 최대 1:1을 넘지 않도록 포함하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 초미세 발포 사출 성형용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유리섬유는 촙(chop) 상 또는 섬유상이고, 길이가 3 내지 3.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 발포 사출 성형용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클레이는 입경이 1 내지 4 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 초미세 발포 사출 성형용 폴리아미드 수지 조성물.
