Claims (7)
- (A) 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 10.0~69.0 중량부; (B) 무기 충진재 30.0∼60.0 중량부; 및 (C) 상용화제 1.0∼32.0 중량부를 포함하며, 상기 무기 충진재는 평균입경이 4~15㎛, 길이 120∼160㎛ 범위이고, 이축율이 3:1∼20:1 의 범위인 올라스토나이트, 유리섬유 및 운모로 이루어지고, 상기 상용화제는 변성 폴리프로필렌과 유기실란화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충진재는 평균입경이 4∼15㎛, 길이 120∼160㎛ 범위이고, 이축율이 3:1∼20:1 의 범위인 전체 수지에 대하여 10∼30 중량부의 올라스토나이트, 평균입경이 5∼15㎛이고 길이가 1∼16mm 범위인 쵸핑된 스트랜드 형태(chopped strand)이고 전체 수지에 대하여 10∼30 중량부의 유리섬유, 및 평균입경이 40∼50㎛이고 최대입경이 100㎛인 형태이며, 유리섬유 100 중량부에 대해 50∼800 중량부의 운모로 이루어지고, 상기 상용화제는 변성 폴리프로필렌 1.0∼30.0 중량부와 유기실란화합물 0.01∼2.0 중량부오 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고결정성 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수(MI)가 5∼70 g/10분(ASTM D 1238, 230℃ 측정)이고, 결정성을 갖는 이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리프로필렌은 폴리프로필렌을 불포화 카르본산 또는 그 유도체에 의해 변성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 카르본산은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 말레인산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 디트라콘산, 소르빈산, 및 인 그리카산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 상기 유도체는 산무수물, 에스테르, 아미드, 이미드, 및 금속염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기실란화합물은 감마-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 알파-그리시드옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 베타-(3,4-에폭시사이클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란, 베타-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, 알파-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, N-베타-(아미노에틸)-알파-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 및 N-베타-(아미노에틸)-알파-아미노프로필메틸디에톡시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강재, 충진재, 내열안정제, 내후안정제, 대전방지제, 활제, 슬립제, 핵제, 난연제, 안료, 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
