Claims (6)
- 제 1 투명 기판;상기 제 1 투명 기판에 종횡으로 배열되어 반사 영역과 투과 영역으로 구분되는 복수개의 화소 영역을 형성하는 데이터 배선 및 게이트 배선;상기 데이터 배선 및 게이트 배선의 교차점에 형성되는 박막 트랜지스터;상기 박막 트랜지스터의 상부 및 상기 화소 영역에 형성되는 보호막;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되도록 상기 보호막 상부의 화소 영역에 형성된 화소 전극;상기 제 1 투명 기판과 액정층을 사이에 두고 합착되는 제 2 투명 기판;상기 반사 영역, 데이터 배선, 게이트 배선 및 박막 트랜지스터와 오버랩되는 제 2 투명 기판의 영역에 각 화소 영역을 분리하도록 형성된 반사 전극;상기 제 2 투명 기판 및 상기 반사 전극 상부에 형성된 적, 녹, 청의 컬러 필터; 및상기 제 2 투명 기판 외측에 위치하여 제 2 투명 기판으로 빛을 조사하는 백라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은,투과 영역이 식각되어 형성된 투과홀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화소 영역은,투과 영역; 및상기 투과 영역을 둘러싸는 반사 영역으로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호막은,유기 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사 전극은,알루미늄 또는 크롬으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 투과 영역과 반사 영역으로 구분되는 복수개의 화소 영역 및 화소 영역 사이의 경계 영역을 포함하는 투명 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 반사 영역 및 경계 영역에 반사 전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 투명 기판 및 반사 전극 상부의 화소 영역에 적, 녹, 청의 컬러 필터를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
