Claims (4)
- 반사부와 투과부로 구분되는 화소 영역이 다수 구비된 제1기판;상기 제1기판의 반사부에 형성된 반사판;상기 반사판이 형성된 제1기판의 화소 영역에 형성된 화소전극;상기 제1기판에 대향하여 합착되는 제2기판;상기 제2기판상에 일정간격 이격되어 형성되는 블랙매트릭스;상기 제2기판상의 블랙매트릭스 사이에 형성된 단위 컬러필터;상기 블랙매트릭스와 단위 컬러필터가 형성된 제2기판상에 형성된 오버코트층; 및상기 오버코트층이 형성된 제2기판상에 형성되되, 상기 제1기판상에 형성된 반사부와 투과부에 각각 대응하여 두 개로 분리되고, 별도의 공통전압을 인가 받아 개별 구동하는 공통전극을 포함하는 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기판은제1기판상에 형성되는 게이트 전극;상기 게이트 전극이 형성된 제1기판상에 형성되는 게이트 절연막;상기 게이트절연막이 형성된 게이트 전극상에 형성된 반도체층;상기 반도체층에 형성된 소스 및 드레인 전극;상기 소스 및 드레인 전극이 형성된 제1기판상에 형성되는 제1보호막;상기 제1보호막상의 반사부에 형성되는 반사판;상기 반사판상이 형성된 제1기판상에 형성되는 제2보호막; 및상기 제2보호막상의 화소 영역에 형성되는 화소전극을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공통전극은 상기 제1기판의 반사부들을 하나의 군으로 하여 대응하는 일체화된 제1군의 공통전극 및 상기 제1기판의 투과부들을 하나의 군으로 하여 대응하는 일체화된 제2군의 공통전극으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1군의 공통전극은 은(Ag) 도트를 통하여 제1공통전압이 인가되며, 상기 제2군의 공통전극은 다른 은 도트를 통하여 제2공통전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과 액정표시장치.
