Claims (10)
- 제1 및 제2기판;상기 제1기판 상에 제1방향으로 배열된 복수의 게이트라인;상기 제1기판 상에 상기 게이트라인과 수직하게 배열되어 복수의 화소영역을 정의하는 복수의 데이터라인;상기 게이트라인과 데이터라인의 교차부에 형성된 스위칭소자;상기 제2기판 상에 삼각형태의 립구조(rib structure)로 형성되며, 그 표면에 반사층을 갖는 블랙매트릭스;상기 블랙매트릭스 상에 형성된 칼라필터;상기 제1 및 제2 기판의 배면에 각각 형성된 제1 및 제2 편광판; 및상기 제1 및 제2기판 사이에 형성된 액정층을 포함하고,상기 제1 편광판은 상기 제1기판과 접촉하는 접촉면이 상기 반사층에 의해 반사된 광을 재반사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1기판의 화소영역에 형성된 화소전극; 및상기 제2기판의 컬러필터 상부의 전면에 걸쳐 형성된 공통전극을 더 포함하여 구성된 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1기판의 화소영역에 형성된 공통전극 및 화소전극를 더 포함하여 구 성된 액정표시소자.

- 박막트랜지스터 어레이가 형성된 제1기판을 준비하는 단계;종횡으로 배열되어 복수의 화소영역을 정의하고, 삼각형상을 가지며, 그 표면에 반사층을 갖는 블랙매트릭스 및 칼라필터가 형성된 제2기판을 준비하는 단계;제1 및 제2기판 상에 액정층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제1 및 제2 기판의 배면으로 각각 상기 반사층으로부터 반사된 광을 재반사시키는 제1 편광판 및 제2 편광판을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,제2기판을 준비하는 단계는,투명기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 투명기판 상에 삼각구조의 유기패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기패턴의 표면에 반사층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 투명기판 상에 칼라필터층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 칼라필터층 상에 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 제조방법.
- 투명기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 투명기판 상에 삼각형상의 유기패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 유기패턴의 표면에 반사층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 투명기판 상에 칼라필터층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 칼라필터기판의 제조방법.
