Claims (5)
- 제1 면에 제1 볼록부 및 제1 오목부로 이루어진 제1 요철이 다수로 형성된 제1 기판;상기 제1 면과 마주보는 제2 면에 상기 제1 오목부에 대응하는 제2 볼록부 및 상기 제1 볼록부에 대응하는 제2 오목부로 이루어진 제2 요철이 다수로 형성되어, 상기 제1 면과 상기 제2 면 사이의 이격 거리를 일정하게 유지하는 제2 기판; 및상기 제1 및 제2 기판과의 사이에 개재된 액정층을 포함하고,상기 제2 기판은 R,G,B 색화소로 이루어지고, 표면에 상기 제2 요철이 형성된 컬러필터, 상기 색화소들 사이에 개재된 차광막 및 컬러필터 및 상기 차광막 상에 균일한 두께로 형성된 공통전극을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 기판은 스위칭 소자, 상기 스위칭 소자에 연결된 화소전극 및 상기 스위칭 소자와 상기 화소전극 사이에 개재되고, 표면에 상기 제1 요철이 형성된 절연막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1 면에 제1 볼록부 및 제1 오목부로 이루어진 제1 요철이 다수로 형성된 제1 기판을 제조하는 단계;상기 제1 면과 마주보는 제2 면에 상기 제1 오목부와 대응하는 제2 볼록부 및 상기 제1 볼록부와 대응하는 제2 오목부로 이루어진 제2 요철이 다수로 형성되어, 상기 제1 면과 상기 제2 면 사이의 이격 거리를 일정하게 유지하는 제2 기판을 제조하는 단계;상기 제1 및 제2 기판을 결합하는 단계; 및상기 제1 및 제2 기판과의 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제2 기판을 제조하는 단계는,상기 제2 기판 상에 차광막을 형성하는 단계;상기 차광막이 형성된 상기 제2 기판 상에 상기 차광막을 사이에 두고 형성된 R,G,B 색화소로 이루어진 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러필터를 포토 레지스트 공정을 이용하여 패터닝하여 상기 제2 요철이 형성된 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2 요철이 형성된 컬러필터 상에 균일한 두께로 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
