Claims (6)
- 서로 대향하며 일정간격 이격된 상, 하부 기판과;상기 상, 하부기판사이에 충진된 액정과;상기 상부기판 하부에 위치한 컬러필터층과;상기 하부기판상에, 서로 교차하는 게이트 배선, 데이터 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선이 교차되는 영역으로 정의되며 상기 데이터 배선과 일정간격 오버랩되어 형성되고, 외부광의 반사로 액정에 빛을 인가하는 반사전극과;상기 반사전극과 하부기판사이에서 기판전면에 형성되고, 상기 컬러필터의 경계를 이루는 블랙매트릭스역할을 하는 블랙레진(black resin)으로 이루어진 보호층을 포함하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 저저항으로 반사율이 뛰어난 알루미늄 계열금속 중 하나로 이루어진 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 서로 대향하며 일정간격 이격된 상, 하부 기판과;상기 상, 하부기판사이에 충진된 액정과;상기 상, 하부기판에 빛을 공급하는 백라이트와;상기 상부기판 하부에 위치한 컬러필터층과;상기 컬러필터층 하부면에 위치하여, 액정에 전계를 인가하는 상부 투명전극과;상기 하부기판상에, 서로 교차하는 게이트, 데이터 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선이 교차되는 영역으로 정의되며, 상기 데이터 배선과 일정간격 오버랩되어 형성되고, 투과홀을 포함하며, 상기 투과홀과 단차진 반사전극과;상기 반사전극 하부에 형성된 층간절연막과;상기 층간절연막 하부에 위치하는 상기 투과홀과 동일위치에 형성된 하부 투명전극과;상기 하부 투명전극과 상기 하부기판에서 사이에 위치하며 상기 반사전극에 단차를 형성하고, 상기 컬러필터의 경계를 이루는 블랙매트릭스역할을 하는 블랙레진으로 이루어진 보호층을 포함하는 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 저저항으로 반사율이 뛰어난 알루미늄 계열금속 중 하나로 이루어진 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 투과홀을 통해 빛을 외부로 투과하는 투명전극은 투명도전성 물질인 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide)중 어느 하나로 이루어진 반투과 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 투과홀은 상기 보호층이 형성되지 않은 평탄한 하부 투명전극인 반투과 액정표시장치.
