Claims (11)
- 기판;상기 기판상에 제 1 방향으로 배열된 제 1, 2 데이터배선;상기 제 1, 2 데이터배선과 교차하는 제 2 방향으로 배열된 1, 2 게이트배선;상기 제 1 데이터 및 제 2 게이트배선과 연결된 제 1 스위칭소자;상기 제 2 데이터 및 제 2 게이트배선과 연결된 제 2 스위칭소자;상기 각 스위칭 소자를 덮는 절연층;상기 절연층 상부에 상기 각 스위칭소자와 연결되고 각 스위칭소자를 덮는 제 1, 2 반사전극을 포함하고 있으며 상기 제 1, 2 반사전극의 경계는 상기 제 1, 2 데이터배선의 사이에 위치하고 있는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 2 기판과;서로 교차하여 화소영역을 정의하는 다수의 데이터 및 게이트배선과;상기 각 데이터 및 게이트배선과 연결된 다수의 스위칭소자와;상기 다수의 스위칭소자와 상기 각 배선을 덮는 절연층과;상기 다수의 스위칭소자와 각각 연결되고 상기 다수의 스위칭 소자를 각각 덮는 다수개의 반사전극을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 다수개의 반사전극의 경계는 화소영역내에 있으며, 상기 반사전극의 일측은 이에 인접한 데이터배선을 덮고, 상기 반사전극의 일측과 마주대하는 상기 반사전극의 타측은 이에 인접한 데이터배선을 덮지 않는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서상기 기판과 게이트배선사이에는 적어도 상기 각 반사전극의 경계에 해당되는 위치에 광흡수층을 포함하는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 각 스위칭 소자는 게이트전극, 소스전극 및 드레인전극, 액티브층으로 이루어진 박막트랜지스터로 되어 있는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 각 반사전극은 상기 절연층에 형성된 콘택홀을 통해 상기 드레인전극과 연결되어 있는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 벤조사이클로부텐(BCB) 또는 아크릴(acryl)계 수지(resin)과 같은 유기절연층으로 되어 있는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극의 상면은 요철형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널
- 제 1 기판과, 상기 제 1기판상에 제 1 방향으로 배열된 제 1, 2 데이터배선과, 상기 제 1, 2 데이터배선과 교차하는 제 2 방향으로 배열된 제 1, 2 게이트배선과, 상기 제 1 데이터 및 제 1 게이트배선과 연결된 제 1 스위칭소자와, 상기 제 2 데이터 및 제 1 게이트배선과 연결된 제 2 스위칭소자와, 상기 각 스위칭 소자를 덮는 절연층과, 상기 절연층 상부에 상기 각 스위칭소자와 연결되고 각 스위칭소자를 덮는 제 1, 2 반사전극을 포함하고 있으며 상기 제 1,2 반사전극의 경계는 상기 제 1,2 데이터배선의 사이에 위치하는 액정표시장치용 어레이패널과; 상기 어레이패널과 합착되며 제 2 기판과, 상기 제 2 기판상에 형성된 다수의 컬러필터와, 상기 컬러필터상에 상기 반사전극과 대향하는 공통전극을 가진 컬러필터기판을 포함하는 반사형 액정표시장치
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터기판에는 블랙매트릭스가 없는 반사형 액정표시장치
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 반사전극의 일측은 상기 제 1 데이터 배선과 중첩하며, 상기 제 1 반사전극의 일측과 마주대하는 상기 제 1 반사전극의 타측은 상기 제 2 데이터 배선과 이격되어 있는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 반사전극의 일측은 상기 제 1 데이터 배선과 중첩하며, 상기 제 1 반사전극의 일측과 마주대하는 상기 제 1 반사전극의 타측은 상기 제 2 데이터 배선과 이격되어 있는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이패널.
