Claims (10)
- 외부 광을 반사시키는 반사부와 백라이트 유닛으로부터의 광을 투과시키는 투과부를 갖으며,상기 투과부에는, 하부기판이 배치되고, 상기 하부기판 상에는 공통전극들이 배치되며, 상기 공통전극들 상부에는 게이트 절연막을 사이에 두고 데이터 라인이 배치되고, 상기 데이터 라인 상부에는 보호막을 사이에 두고 제1 및 제 2 반사 공통전극들과 화소전극들이 배치되며,상기 제1 반사 공통전극은 상기 데이터 라인과 중첩되고, 상기 화소전극은 보호막을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 및 제2 반사 공통전극 사이에 배치된 반투과형 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 반사 공통전극의 폭은 상기 데이터 라인의 폭과 동일하거나 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 반사 공통전극들은 알루미늄이나 구리와 같은 불투명하고 광 반사 기능을 갖는 금속으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하부기판과 대향하도록 배치된 상부기판을 더 포함하고, 상기 상부기판 상에는 제1 및 제 2 컬러필터가 배치되고, 상기 제1 및 제 2 컬러필터 상에는 평탄화층이 배치되며, 상기 제1 및 제 2 컬러필터 경계는 상기 데이터 라인 및 제 1 반사 공통전극과 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 반사 공통전극의 폭은 상기 제2 반사 공통전극의 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정패널.
