Claims (3)
- 빛에 의해 정보가 기록 또는 재생되는 광기록 매체에 있어서,제1 면에 대하여 상기 빛이 입사되는 기판과,상기 기판에 있어서의 상기 제1 면과 대향하는 제2 면 상에 적어도 2층인 복수의 정보층을 구비하고,상기 기판으로 보아 가장 안쪽에 위치하는 정보층 이외의 적어도 하나의 정보층은, 적어도 제1 보호막과 계면막과 반투과 기록막과 제2 보호막과 제3 보호막과 반투과 반사막이 상기 기판으로부터 보아 이 순서로 적층되어 있고,상기 반투과 반사막의 막두께는 10nm 미만이며,상기 제1 보호막, 상기 계면막, 상기 제2 보호막, 상기 제3 보호막의 열전도율을 각각, σ1, σk, σ2, σ3으로 했을 때,σ2>σk> (σ1, σ3)가 되는 재료로 상기 제1 보호막, 상기 계면막, 상기 제2 보호막, 상기 제3 보호막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 보호막의 열전도율 σ1은, 10W/m/K 미만이며,상기 계면막의 열전도율 σk는, 10W/m/K 이상 50W/m/K 미만이며,상기 제2 보호막의 열전도율 σ2는, 50W/m/K 이상 180W/m/K 미만이며,상기 제3 보호막의 열전도율 σ3은, 10W/m/K 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 보호막은, ZnS와 SiO2와의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지고,상기 계면막은, GeN을 주성분으로 한 재료로 이루어지고,상기 제2 보호막은, SiC을 주성분으로 한 재료로 이루어지고,상기 제3 보호막은, ZnS와 SiO2와의 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
