Claims (27)
- OFDM 방식에 기초한 변조 신호를 복수의 단말에 송신하는 기지국에 있어서의 무선 통신 방법으로서,제1 전송방식의 신호가 배치되는 서브 캐리어군과, 상기 제1 전송방식의 신호와는 전송품질이 다른 제2 전송방식의 신호가 배치되는 서브 캐리어군이 배치되는 송신 프레임을 이용하며,통신상대인 각 단말로부터 전파 전반환경(電波傳搬還境) 정보를 포함하는 피드백 정보를 수신하고;상기 수신한 전파 전반환경 정보에 기초해, 상기 복수의 단말의 각 단말에 어느 서브 캐리어군을 할당할지와, 상기 각 단말에 할당되는 서브 캐리어수를, 프레임마다 결정해, 상기 결정에 따라서 송신 프레임을 형성하고,상기 송신 프레임을 이용하여 상기 변조 신호를 송신하는, 무선 통신 방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 송신 프레임을 형성할 때,제어 정보 심볼을 고정된 서브 캐리어에 배치하는, 무선 통신 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 송신 프레임을 형성할 때,제어 정보 심볼을 미리 정해진 시간에 배치하는, 무선 통신 방법.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제어 정보 심볼은, 상기 송신 프레임의 프레임 구성을 나타내는 정보를 포함하는, 무선 통신 방법.
- OFDM 방식에 기초한 변조 신호를 복수의 단말에 송신하는 기지국에 있어서의 무선 통신 장치로서,제1 전송방식의 신호가 배치되는 서브 캐리어군과, 상기 제1 전송방식의 신호와는 전송품질이 다른 제2 전송방식의 신호가 배치되는 서브 캐리어군이 배치되는 송신 프레임을 이용하며,통신상대인 각 단말로부터 전파 전반환경 정보를 포함하는 피드백 정보를 수신하는 수신수단;상기 수신한 전파 전반환경 정보에 기초해, 상기 복수의 단말의 각 단말에 어느 서브 캐리어군을 할당할지와, 상기 각 단말에 할당되는 서브 캐리어수를, 프레임마다 결정해, 상기 결정에 따라서 송신 프레임을 형성하는 송신 프레임 형성 수단; 및상기 송신 프레임을 이용하여 상기 변조 신호를 송신하는 송신수단을 포함하는, 무선 통신 장치.
