Claims (12)
- 정화 전의 배기 가스가 유입되는 입구실, 및 정화 후의 배기 가스가 배출되는 출구실로 구획됨과 아울러, 상기 입구실이 내측에, 상기 출구실이 외측에 동심상으로 배치된 유출입부;이 유출입부에 연결되어 처리대상이 다른 2종 이상의 촉매가 연결방향을 따른 축 둘레로 동심상으로 배치되어 일체화된 촉매 장착부; 및이 촉매 장착부의 상기 유출입부와는 반대측에 연결되어 상기 입구실로부터 유입된 배기 가스의 흐름을 상기 출구실 방향으로 반전시키는 연통실 형성부를 구비하고,상기 입구실에는 상기 촉매 장착부로의 배기 가스의 흐름 방향에 직교하는 방향으로부터 정화 전의 배기 가스가 유입되는 입구관이 설치되고,상기 출구실에는 상기 촉매 장착부에 의해 정화된 배기 가스의 흐름 방향에 직교하는 방향으로 상기 정화 후의 배기 가스를 배출하는 출구관이 설치되고,상기 입구실 및 출구실은 동심상으로 배치되는 내측 통부 및 외측 통부에 의해 구획되고,상기 촉매 장착부와의 연결측과는 반대측의 각 통부의 단부는 측벽부에 의해 폐쇄되며,상기 내측 통부의 단부는 상기 외측 통부의 단부보다 외측으로 돌출되게 형성되고,이 내측 통부의 내측에 형성되는 실에 설치되는 상기 입구관은, 상기 내측 통부의 돌출된 부위에 설치됨과 아울러, 입구실의 내부 공간을 가로지르는 길이로 설치되고,상기 입구관의 둘레면 상에는, 배기가스 유출용의 다수의 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 정화 전의 배기 가스가 유입되는 입구실, 및 정화 후의 배기 가스가 배출되는 출구실로 구획됨과 아울러, 상기 입구실이 내측에, 상기 출구실이 외측에 동심상으로 배치된 유출입부;이 유출입부에 연결되어 처리대상이 다른 2종 이상의 촉매가 연결방향을 따른 축 둘레로 동심상으로 배치되어 일체화된 촉매 장착부; 및이 촉매 장착부의 상기 유출입부와는 반대측에 연결되어 상기 입구실로부터 유입된 배기 가스의 흐름을 상기 출구실 방향으로 반전시키는 연통실 형성부를 구비하고,상기 입구실에는 상기 촉매 장착부로의 배기 가스의 흐름 방향에 직교하는 방향으로부터 정화 전의 배기 가스가 유입되는 입구관이 설치되고,상기 출구실에는 상기 촉매 장착부에 의해 정화된 배기 가스의 흐름 방향에 직교하는 방향으로 상기 정화 후의 배기 가스를 배출하는 출구관이 설치되고,상기 입구실 및 출구실은 동심상으로 배치되는 내측 통부 및 외측 통부에 의해 구획되고,상기 촉매 장착부와의 연결측과는 반대측의 각 통부의 단부는 측벽부에 의해 폐쇄되며,이 내측 통부의 내측에 형성되는 실에 설치되는 입구관은, 상기 외측 통부의 둘레벽을 관통해서 입구실의 내부공간을 가로지르는 길이로 설치되어 있음과 아울러, 상기 내측 통부에 대하여 끼워 맞춰지고, 또한 상기 외측 통부에 대하여 고착되며,상기 입구관의 둘레면 상에는 배기가스 유출용의 다수의 구멍이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 장착부는 상기 유출입부측의 연결부와 상기 연통실 형성부측의 연결부가 동일 연결 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 장착부는 연결방향에 직교하는 단면을 중심으로 하여 상기 유출입부 연결측과 상기 연통실 형성부 연결측이 대칭으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 장착부는 최외주를 덮는 외측 케이스와, 다른 촉매간에 끼워 장착되는 내측 케이스를 구비하고,상기 내측 케이스의 연결방향 선단은 상기 외측 케이스 선단보다 돌출되어 이 돌출 부위가 상기 유출입부와 끼워 맞춰져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 장착부의 내측에 배치되는 촉매는 디젤 미립자 필터이고,상기 디젤 미립자 필터의 외측에 배치되는 촉매는 DeNOx 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 DeNOx 촉매는 요소 탈질 촉매이고,상기 연통실 형성부에는 환원제 공급 장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 연통실로부터 상기 출구실에 이르는 유로 중에는 암모니아를 무해화하는 산화 촉매가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 가스 정화 장치.
