Claims (11)
- 내연기관의 배기가스를 후처리하기 위한 배기 시스템(exhaust system)으로서,
배기가스가 흐를 수 있는 환형 촉매 변환기(1)를 포함하되,
상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1)는 유입 지점(3) 및 유출 지점(11)을 갖고, 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1)는 서로 동심으로 배향되고 순차적으로 통과될 수 있는 관형 제1 흐름 경로(2) 및 환형 제2 흐름 경로(7)를 갖고, 상기 제1 흐름 경로(2)는 반경 방향 외측이 상기 제2 흐름 경로(7)에 의해 둘러싸이고, 상기 외측으로부터 상기 제2 흐름 경로(7)를 통해 반경 방향으로 파이프(12)가 이어지고, 상기 파이프(12)는 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1) 내로 개방되고, 상기 파이프(12)는 적어도 내측 제1 흐름 경로(2) 내로 반경 방향으로 연장되는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스는 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1)의 제1 축 방향 단부 영역(9)에서 상기 유입 지점(3)을 통해 반경 방향 내측 제1 흐름 경로(2)로 흐를 수 있고, 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1)의 상기 유입 지점(3)과는 반대쪽에 위치된 상기 제2 축 방향 단부 영역(5)에서 흐름 방향이 전환되는 것에 의해 반경 방향 외측 제2 흐름 경로(7)로 흐를 수 있고, 상기 반경 방향 외측 제2 흐름 경로에서 상기 배기가스는 상기 반경 방향 내측 제1 흐름 경로(2)의 흐름 방향(4)과는 반대 방향으로 상기 제1 축 방향 단부 영역(9)으로 역류할 수 있고, 상기 배기가스는 상기 제1 축 방향 단부 영역(9)에서 유출 지점(11)으로 이어지는 채널(10)로 흐를 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12) 내로 우레아 수용액이 반경 방향으로 계량되어 주입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12)는 상기 반경 방향 내측 제1 흐름 경로(2)를 통해 상기 반경 방향 외측 제2 흐름 경로(7) 내로 반경 방향으로 연장되는 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12)는 원추형 테이퍼진 단면(conically tapering cross section)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12)는 상기 배기가스가 상기 유입 지점(3)을 통해 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1) 내로 흐를 수 있는, 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1)의 축 방향 단부 영역(9)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.

- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12)는 구조화된 형태이고 및/또는 내측 쉘 표면 및/또는 외측 쉘 표면 상에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 흐름 경로(2)와 상기 제2 흐름 경로(7)의 배기가스가 주위로 흐를 수 있는 제3 흐름 경로가 상기 파이프(12)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프(12)에는 가수 분해 촉매 변환기가 통합된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유입 지점(3)의 상류에는 배기가스 터보차저(exhaust-gas turbocharger)가 연결되고, 상기 배기가스 터보차저에서 유출되는 배기가스는 상기 유입 지점(3)을 통해 상기 환형 촉매 변환기(1) 내로 흐를 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 시스템.
