- 삭제
- 케이스, 상기 케이스 내에 구비된 복수의 배플, 및 복수의 배플을 관통하여 설치된 아웃렛튜브 및 하나 이상의 촉매컨버터를 가진 제1조립체;케이스, 상기 케이스의 일단에 구비된 단부플레이트, 상기 케이스 내에 구비된 하나 이상의 배플, 상기 배플을 관통하여 설치된 이상의 인렛튜브 및 테일파이프, 상기 단부플레이트의 외측에 배치된 장착용 보강판을 가지고, 상기 배플은 복수의 소통공을 가지며, 상기 제1조립체의 일단에 분리가능하게 조립되는 제2조립체; 및케이스, 상기 케이스의 일단에 구비된 단부플레이트, 상기 단부플레이트의 내측에 배치된 배플, 상기 단부플레이트 및 배플 사이에 개재된 흡음재를 가지고, 상기 제1조립체의 타단에 분리가능하게 조립되는 제3조립체를 포함하고,상기 제1조립체의 양단 가장자리에는 플랜지가 개별적으로 구비되고, 상기 제2조립체의 타단 가장자리에는 플랜지가 구비되며, 상기 제3조립체의 타단 가장자리에 플랜지가 구비되고, 상기 제1조립체의 각 플랜지에 제2조립체의 플랜지 및 제3조립체의 플랜지가 개별적으로 분리가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 테일파이프의 단부와 아웃렛튜브의 단부는 상호 소통되게 연결되고, 상기 테일파이프의 단부 및 아웃렛튜브의 단부는 상호 끼움결합되는 구조로 이루어짐으로써 분리가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기 모듈.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 테일파이프의 단부 및 아웃렛튜브의 단부 사이에는 환형의 실링부재가 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 환형의 실링부재는 탄성을 가진 금속재질의 와이어메쉬로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음기 모듈.
