Description
Claims (12)
- 인접하는 제1 화소와 제2 화소 사이에 연장되는 배선과,상기 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측에 형성된 상기 제1 화소용의 제1 화소 소자부와,상기 제1 화소 소자부와 함께 상기 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측에 형성된 상기 제2 화소용의 제2 화소 소자부를 구비하는 액정 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소는 상기 제2 화소보다도 강도가 강한 파장을 포함하는 표시색을 표시하는 화소인 액정 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 강도가 강한 파장을 포함하는 표시색은, 시안 또는 녹색인 액정 패널.
- 인접하는 제1 화소와 제2 화소 사이에 연장되는 드레인 배선과,상기 드레인 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측에 형성된 상기 제1 화소용의 제1 트랜지스터와,상기 제1 트랜지스터와 함께 상기 드레인 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측 에 형성된 상기 제2 화소용의 제2 트랜지스터를 구비하는 액정 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소용의 제1 화소 전극과,상기 제2 화소용의 제2 화소 전극을 더 구비하고,상기 제1 화소 전극 및 상기 제2 화소 전극은 상기 드레인 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측에서 각각 상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터에 접속되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 드레인 배선과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 배선을 더 구비하고,상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터 각각의 소스 및 드레인은 상기 게이트 배선에 대하여 한쪽 측에 형성되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 드레인 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측에 형성된 상기 제1 화소용의 제1 축적 용량과,상기 제1 트랜지스터와 함께 상기 드레인 배선에 대하여 상기 제1 화소의 측 에 형성된 상기 제2 화소용의 제2 축적 용량을 더 구비하고,상기 제1 축적 용량 및 상기 제2 축적 용량은 상기 게이트 배선에 대하여 한쪽 측에 형성되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 드레인 배선과 교차하는 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 배선을 더 구비하고,상기 제1 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인은 상기 게이트 배선에 대하여 한쪽 측에 형성되며, 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 소스 및 드레인은 상기 게이트 배선에 대하여 다른 쪽 측에 형성되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소용의 축적 용량은 상기 제1 화소 전극과, 이 제1 화소 전극과 절연막을 개재하여 형성된 제1 공통 전극을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제2 화소용의 축적 용량은 상기 제2 화소 전극과, 이 제2 화소 전극과 절연막을 개재하여 형성된 제2 공통 전극을 포함하여 구성되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2 화소용의 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 드레인 배선에 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 제1 화소용의 제1 트랜지스터는 상기 드레인 배선과는 별도의 드레인 배 선에 접속되어 있는 액정 패널.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소는 상기 제2 화소보다도 강도가 강한 파장을 포함하는 표시색을 표시하는 화소인 액정 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 강도가 강한 파장을 포함하는 표시색은, 시안 또는 녹색인 액정 패널.
