Claims (6)
- 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서에 있어서,크랭크 케이스(29);상기 크랭크 케이스(29) 내의 크랭크 샤프트(31);상기 크랭크 샤프트(31)에 일체로 연결되는 구동 샤프트(30);상기 크랭크 케이스(29)와 연통되는 모터 케이스(33);상기 모터 케이스(33) 내의 상기 구동 샤프트(30)를 구동하도록 상기 구동 샤프트(30)에 연결되는 전기 모터(34);실린더(21);상기 실린더(21) 내의 피스톤(36);상단부가 상기 피스톤(36)에 연결되고 하단부가 상기 크랭크 샤프트(31)에 연결되는 피스톤 로드(35); 및압축 가스를 상기 피스톤(36) 상부의 압축실 내부로 공급하여 상기 압축 가스를 추가로 압축하는 압축 가스 유로(37); 를 포함하고,상기 압축 가스가 상기 모터 케이스(33)를 통해 상기 크랭크 케이스(29)로 유입되어 상기 크랭크 케이스(29) 내의 압력이 대기압 이상으로 유지되도록, 상기 압축 가스 유로(37)는 바이패스 도관(bypath conduit)(14)을 통해 상기 모터 케이스(33)에 연결되고,상기 모터 케이스(33) 내의 상기 전기 모터(34)는 상기 모터 케이스(33)를 통해 흐르는 상기 압축 가스에 의해 냉각되는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터 케이스(33)는, 상기 압축 가스가 상기 모터 케이스(33)로부터 상기 크랭크 케이스(29)로 흐르도록, 상기 모터 케이스(33)와 상기 크랭크 케이스(29) 사이의 벽을 관통하여 형성된 연통 구멍(32)을 통해 상기 크랭크 케이스(29)와 연통되어 있는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 도관(14)에 압력 레귤레이터(pressure regulator)(13)를 추가로 포함하는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 크랭크 케이스(29)에 다른 압력 레귤레이터(15)를 추가로 포함하는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바이패스 도관(14)과 상기 실린더(21) 사이의 상기 압축 가스 유로(37)에 압력 레귤레이터(13)를 추가로 포함하는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터 케이스(33)는 상기 크랭크 케이스(29)와 떨어져 위치하는 구멍(11)을 포함하고,상기 구멍(11)은, 상기 전기 모터(34)가 상기 모터 케이스(33)를 통해 흐르는 상기 압축 가스에 의해 효과적으로 냉각되도록, 상기 바이패스 도관(14)에 연결되어 있는, 부스터-타입 가스 컴프레서.
