Claims (3)
- 회전축의 단부에 고정된 내경측 부재와,상기 내경측 부재의 주위에 상기 내경측 부재와 동심으로 배치된 통 형상의 외경측 부재와,상기 내경측 부재의 외주면의 축방향 중간부와 상기 외경측 부재의 내주면의 축방향 중간부 사이에 배치되고, 상기 외경측 부재가 상기 내경측 부재에 대하여 소정 방향으로 상대 회전하는 경향으로 되는 경우에만, 이들 외경측 부재와 내경측 부재 사이에서의 회전력을 전달하는 일방향 클러치와,상기 일방향 클러치를 축방향 양측으로부터 둘러싸는 위치에서 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면과 상기 외경측 부재의 내주면 사이에 배치되고, 상기 외경측 부재에 가해지는 레이디얼 하중을 지지하면서 이들 내경측 부재와 외경측 부재 사이의 상대 회전을 가능하게 하는 한 쌍의 서포트 베어링을 구비한 일방향 클러치 내장형 회전 전달 장치에 있어서,상기 일방향 클러치를 구성하는 클러치용 유지기는, 이 클러치용 유지기의 주면의 일부를 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면에 직접 또는 다른 부재를 거쳐서 결합시키는 것에 근거하여, 상기 내경측 부재와 함께 회전 가능하게 되고,상기 클러치용 유지기의 축방향 단부에 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면을 향하여 돌출하는 상태로 형성된 볼록부를, 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면에 형성된 단차면 또는 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면상에 끼워맞춤 고정된 부재의 축방향 단부면과, 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면에 형성된 다른 단차면 또는 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면상에 끼워맞춤 고정된 상기 다른 부재의 축방향 단부면 사이에 배치함으로써, 상기 클러치용 유지기의 축방향 변위를 규제하며,상기 외경측 부재의 축방향 중간부내에, 그 축방향 양단부에서 반경방향 내측으로 돌출하는 한 쌍의 플랜지를 갖는 클러치용 외륜을 끼워맞춤 고정하고, 상기 플랜지의 서로 대향하는 내측면을 상기 클러치용 유지기의 축방향 양단부면에 근접 대향시키고 있으며,그에 의해 상기 클러치용 유지기의 축방향 양단부면이 상기 클러치용 유지기에 대해 상대 회전하는 상기 클러치용 외륜과 접촉하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는일방향 클러치 내장형 회전 전달 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 볼록부의 축방향의 두께 치수를 A라고 하고,상기 내경측 부재의 외주면에 형성된 상기 단차면 또는 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면상에 끼워맞춤 고정된 상기 부재의 축방향 단부면과, 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면에 형성된 상기 다른 단차면 또는 상기 내경측 부재의 외주면상에 끼워맞춤 고정된 상기 다른 부재의 축방향 단부면 사이의 간격을 B라고 하고,상기 클러치용 유지기의 축방향 양단부면과 상기 클러치용 외륜의 플랜지의 양 내측면 사이의 각각의 간격을 C라고 했을 때,C>B-A의 관계식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는일방향 클러치 내장형 회전 전달 장치.
