Claims (5)
- 미리 설정된 직류 레벨을 가진 일정한 주파수의 교류 전압 신호를 검파하여 검파 출력 신호를 발생시키는 동기 검파기와;스티어링 휠의 회전에 대응하여 인덕턴스가 변화하는 토크 검출 코일과 온도 변화에 대응하여 인덕턴스가 변화하는 온도 보상 코일이 직렬 연결되고, 상기 직렬 연결된 두 코일의 양단에 상기 검파 출력 신호와 상기 미리 설정된 직류 레벨이 각각 인가되며, 상기 두 코일의 접점에 상기 인덕턴스 변화에 의한 제 1 검출 전압이 유기되고, 상기 두 코일에 각각 연결되어 접속된 두 저항의 접속점에서 두 코일의 인덕턴스가 동일할 때 제 2 검출전압이 유기되는 브리지 회로부와;상기 제 2 검출 전압과 상기 제 1 검출 전압의 각각의 피크 값의 차에 대응하는 크기의 토크 검출 신호를 발생시키는 신호 변환부를 포함하는 토크 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동기 검파기는,상기 교류 전압 신호에서 상기 미리 설정된 직류 레벨 이상의 반파 신호만을 상기 검파 출력 신호로서 출력하는 토크 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 교류 전압 신호와 동위상의 샘플링 펄스를 발생시키는 샘플링 펄스 발생기를 더 포함하고;상기 동기 검파기가 상기 샘플링 펄스에 동기되어 상기 교류 전압 신호를 검파하는 토크 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신호 변환부는,상기 제 1 검출 전압과 상기 제 2 검출전압의 각각의 피크 값을 검출하는 피크 검출기와;상기 피크 검출기에서 검출되는 상기 두 피크 값의 차를 증폭하는 차동 증폭기와;상기 차동 증폭기에서 증폭된 전압 신호를 전류 신호로 변환하여 상기 토크 검출 신호를 발생시키는 전압-전류 변환기를 포함하는 토크 검출 장치.
- 샘플링 펄스를 발생시키는 샘플링 펄스 발생기와;상기 샘플링 펄스와 동위상의 미리 설정된 직류 레벨을 가진 교류 전압 신호를 수신하고, 상기 교류 전압 신호를 검파하여 상기 교류 전압 신호의 반파 신호만으로 이루어지는 검파 출력 신호를 발생시키는 동기 검파기와;스티어링 휠의 회전에 대응하여 인덕턴스가 변화하는 토크 검출 코일과 온도 변화에 대응하여 인덕턴스가 변화하는 온도 보상 코일이 직렬 연결되고, 상기 직렬 연결된 두 코일의 양단에 상기 검파 출력 신호와 상기 미리 설정된 직류 레벨이 각각 인가되며, 상기 두 코일의 접점에 상기 인덕턴스 변화에 의한 제 1 검출 전압이 유기되고, 상기 두 코일에 각각 연결되어 접속된 두 저항의 접속점에서 두 코일의 인덕턴스가 동일할 때 제 2 검출전압이 유기되는 브리지 회로부와;상기 제 2 검출전압과 상기 제 1 검출 전압의 각각의 피크 값의 차에 대응하는 크기의 토크 검출 신호를 발생시키는 신호 변환부를 포함하는 차량용 스티어링 휠의 토크 검출 장치.
