Claims (5)
- 데이터 신호를 전달하는 다수의 데이터 라인과, 상기 다수의 데이터 라인과 교차하도록 배열되어 게이트 신호를 전달하는 다수의 게이트 라인과, 상기 다수의 데이터 라인과 상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 의해 형성된 다수의 화소를 포함하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치에 있어서,상기 각 화소는,드레인 단자가 상기 데이터 라인에 연결되고, 게이트 단자가 상기 게이트 라인에 연결된 제 1 스위칭 트랜지스터;소스 단자가 상기 제 1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 소스 단자와 연결되며, 게이트 단자로 이전 화소의 게이트 신호를 수신하는 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터;상기 제 1 및 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 소스 단자와 일단이 연결된 캐패시터;소스 단자가 상기 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인 단자와 연결되며, 드레인 단자로 외부전압을 수신하고, 게이트 단자로 제어신호를 수신하는 제 3 스위칭 트랜지스터;드레인 단자가 상기 제 3 스위칭 트랜지스터의 소스 단자와 연결되며, 게이트 단자가 상기 제 1 및 제 2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 공통 소스 단자와 연결된 구동 트랜지스터;드레인 단자가 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스 단자와 캐패시터의 일단이 연결되며, 소스 단자가 접지 단자와 연결되고, 게이트 단자로 상기 이전 화소의 게이트 신호를 수신하는 제 4 스위칭 트랜지스터; 및상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스 단자에 연결되고, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 소스 단자에 흐르는 전류의 양에 따라 빛을 발광하는 유기 발광수단;을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제어신호는 상기 이전 화소의 게이트 신호 및 현재 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가될 경우 레벨이 천이하는 펄스 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어신호는 상기 이전 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가되기 전까지, 일정 레벨을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제어신호는 상기 이전 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가되는 동안, 로우레벨을 유지하며, 상기 현재 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가될 경우, 하이레벨을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캐패시터는 상기 이전 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가되는 동안, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 문턱전압 만큼의 전하를 충전하며, 현재 화소의 게이트 신호가 인가되면, 상기 데이터 신호 만큼의 전하를 더 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 표시장치.
