Claims (5)
- 초경합금(cemented carbide)으로 된 기재, 다이아몬드 피막, 그리고 상기 기재와 상기 다이아몬드 피막 사이에 위치하는 중간층을 포함한 다이아몬드 피복부재에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 TiAlN, CrAlN 및 VAlN 중 어느 하나로 PVD법에 의해 상기 기재의 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 피복부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 피막은 상기 중간층과 접촉하여 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 피복부재.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기재는, WC를 주성분으로 하고 코발트 함유량이 3 ~ 25%wt인 초미립자 초경합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 피복부재.
- (a) 초경합금으로 된 기재, (b) 다이아몬드 피막, 그리고 (c) 상기 기재와 상기 다이아몬드 피막 사이에 위치하는 중간층으로 이루어진 다이아몬드 피복부재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 기재의 표면을 조면화하여 조면에 요철이 형성되게 하는 조면화 단계,물리적 증착법에 따라 TiAlN, CrAlN 및 VAlN 중 어느 하나로 상기 중간층을 형성하여, 이 중간층이 상기 요철을 갖는 상기 기재의 조면과 접촉하여 유지되도록 하는 중간층 형성 단계, 그리고화학적 증착법에 따라 상기 다이아몬드 피막을 형성하여, 상기 다이아몬드 피막이 상기 중간층의 외면과 접촉하여 유지되도록 하는 다이아몬드 피막 형성 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 다이아몬드 피복부재 제조방법.
