Claims (22)
- 중합체 및, 밝은 배경 상에 다크 레이저 마킹(dark laser marking)을 형성하기 위한 첨가제로서 0.1 중량% 이상(중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 함)의 삼산화안티몬을 포함하는 중합체 조성물로서,삼산화안티몬이 0.5 마이크로미터 이상의 평균 입자 크기를 갖고, 조성물이 또한 진주색 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,삼산화안티몬이 1 마이크로미터 내지 8 마이크로미터의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,삼산화안티몬의 양이 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물은 할로겐이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,1.5 마이크로미터 이상의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 2 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 삼산화안티몬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 중합체, 0.5 중량% 이상의 삼산화안티몬 및 0.1 중량% 이상의 진주색 안료를 함유하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,0.5 중량% 내지 3 중량%의 삼산화안티몬 및 0.1 중량% 내지 3 중량%의 진주색 안료를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,진주색 안료와 삼산화안티몬의 중량비가 1:0.5 내지 1:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물은 할로겐이 없고, 무할로겐계 방염제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,무할로겐계 방염제로서 멜라민 시아누레이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 제조된 물품.
- 밝은 배경 상에 다크 레이저 마킹을 적용하는 방법으로서,적어도 마킹이 적용되는 곳에서, 중합체, 및 0.5 마이크로미터 이상의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 0.1 중량% 이상(중합체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 함)의 삼산화안티몬을 함유하는 중합체 조성물로 구성된 물품을 마킹 형태의 레이저 광으로 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,삼산화안티몬은 1 마이크로미터 내지 8 마이크로미터의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 삼산화안티몬을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물은 할로겐이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 1.5 마이크로미터 이상의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 2 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 삼산화안티몬을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 할로겐이 없고 무할로겐계 방염제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 무할로겐계 방염제로서 멜라민 시아누레이트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 밝은 배경 상에 다크 레이저 마킹을 적용하는 방법으로서,적어도 마킹이 적용되는 곳에서 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 구성된 물품을 마킹 형태의 레이저 광으로 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,1064 ㎚의 파장을 갖는 레이저 광으로 물품을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,다이오드-여기 레이저(diode-pumped laser)의 레이저 광으로 물품을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,Nd:YAG 레이저의 레이저 광으로 물품을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
