Claims (16)
- 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체를 4500 mpm 미만의 방사 속도 및 약 255℃ 내지 약 275℃의 온도에서 방사구를 통해 압출하여 중합체의 용융 스트림을 형성하고, 이 용융 스트림을 고화시켜 비원형 필라멘트를 형성하며, 이 필라멘트를 수렴시켜 직접 사용 실을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 직접 사용 실의 방사 방법.
- 트리메틸렌 단위가 반복 단위의 85 몰% 이상을 이루는 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)를 85 몰% 이상 포함하며 고유 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상인 폴리에스테르 중합체를 약 255℃ 내지 약 275℃의 방사 온도 및 4500 mpm 미만의 방사 속도로 용융 압출함으로써 제조되며 다수의 비원형 필라멘트를 포함하는 직접 사용 실.
- (a) 제1항에 기재된 바와 같이 직접 사용 실을 방사하고,(b) 실을 직물로 제직하거나 또는 편직하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 직물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방사 온도가 약 260℃ 내지 약 270℃인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 15% 미만의 비등 수축률(boil off shrinkage)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 사용 실.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실의 필라멘트의 65% 이상이 상기 조건을 만족하는 방법.
