Claims (19)
- 화상 담지 부재와 현상제 운반 부재가 서로 대향하는 부분에서 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이에 진동 전계를 생성하여 상기 화상 담지 부재 상에 형성된 정전 잠상을 현상하기 위해, 상기 현상제 운반 부재에서 상기 화상 담지 부재로 비상하는 현상제를 운반하도록 화상 담지 부재에 대향하여 배치된 현상제 운반 부재와,대향하는 부분에서 현상제가 비상하는 영역을 조절하기 위한 비상 현상제 조절 부재를 포함하고,상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 상기 현상제 운반 부재에 의해 운반된 현상제로부터 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 절연 부재이거나 전기적으로 절연된 부재인 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기적으로 절연된 부재는 전기 전도성인 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 대향하는 부분으로부터 상기 화상 담지 부재의 이동 방향으로의 상류 측면 상의 현상제가 비상하는 영역을 조절하는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 현상 구역이 길이(L)를 갖고, 상기 현상 구역의 상류 단부 부분의 위치로부터 상기 화상 담지 부재의 이동 방향으로 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재의 자유 단부까지의 길이는 N이고, 길이(L) 및 길이(N)는 이하의 관계를 만족하는 현상 장치.0.1 ≤N/L ≤0.9
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 현상 구역이 길이(L)를 갖고, 상기 현상 구역의 상류 단부 부분의 위치로부터 상기 화상 담지 부재의 이동 방향으로 상기 비상 현상제 제어 부재의 자유 단부의 위치까지의 길이가 N일 때, 길이(L)와 길이(N)는 이하의 관계를 만족하는 현상 장치.0.3 ≤N/L ≤0.6
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 압력 하에서 상기 화상 담지 부재의 표면과 접촉하도록 배치되는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 가요성 판형 부재이고, 압력 하에서 상기 화상 담지 부재의 표면과 접촉하도록 배치되어 상기 화상 담지 부재의 표면과 동일한 형상으로 볼록하게 굴곡되는 현상 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 판형 부재는 상기 화상 담지 부재가 없을 때 판형 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 가장 인접한 거리가 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현 상제 운반 부재 사이의 가장 인접한 거리보다 더 길도록 배치된 현상 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 판형 부재는 그 표면이 상기 화상 담지 부재에 대하여 접촉하도록 배치된 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 판형 부재이고, 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 가장 인접한 부분으로부터 상기 화상 담지 부재의 이동 방향으로 상류에 위치된 접촉 부분에서 상기 화상 담지 부재에 대하여 접촉하고, 판형 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 가장 인접한 거리는 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 가장 인접한 거리보다 긴 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 지지되는 부분으로부터 하류에 위치된 자유 단부를 갖는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재의 종방향으로의 상기 화상 담지 부재의 화상 형성 구역의 폭보다 넓은 폭을 갖는 현상 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화상 담지 부재 및 상기 현상제 운반 부재는 대향 부분에서 회전 가능하고, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 상기 현상제 운반 부재의 회전 중심과 상기 화상 담지 부재의 회전 중심을 연결하는 위치를 0도라고 할 때, 상기 현상제 운반 부재 상에 운반된 현상제를 30도보다 작은 각도를 갖는 위치로부터 상기 현상제 운반 부재의 회전 방향과 반대 방향으로 30도보다 큰 각도를 갖는 위치까지 둘러싸도록 배치되는 현상 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 종방향으로의 단부 부분을 가지며, 단부 부분은 종방향으로 상기 현상제 운반 부재의 현상제 운반 구역 내부와 화상 형성 구역 외부에 위치되는 현상 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 종방향으로의 단부 부분을 가지며, 단부 부분은 상기 현상제 운반 부재를 향하여 굴곡된 형상을 갖는 현상 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 상기 화상 담지 부재와 상기 현상제 운반 부재 사이의 간극을 일정한 값으로 유지하기 위해 부재와 접촉하거나 인접하게 위치된, 종방향으로의 단부 부분을 갖는 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상 현상제 조절 부재는 탄성 시트 부재인 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현상제는 비자성 단일 성분 현상제인 현상 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현상 장치는 상기 현상제 운반 부재와 함께 화상 형성 장치의 주 조립체에 탈거식으로 장착 가능한 프로세스 카트리지 내에 구비되는 현상 장치.
